This is an overpriced product that is not worth the money or trouble. My interest in it came from the appeal of a reusable and refillable bottle shaped appropriately for cleaning the toilet. The bottle is, however, quite small. It needs to be refilled too often. My intent was to refill it with a bleach solution (why pay for the overpriced refills), but the volume is simply not enough to be of much use. The refill pouches that come with the bottle require cutting and generate plastic waste. The concentrated chemical inside them does not dissolve easily in water, so the chemical tends to pool toward the bottom of the bottle. For the same reason, it does not coat the toilet bowl well but drifts toward the bottom. Overall, this is not a particularly useful product. Given how overpriced it is, I would not recommend it.

Worked well for cleaning the toilet. We’re trying to use less plastic and this has 4 refills. I haven’t checked yet, but I’m guessing we can purchase just the refills in the future.

I like the way it cleans and leaves my bowl shiny and sparkly...and it has a pleasant clean smell.

Having the ability to have multiple bottles without needing to store multiple bottles has been a huge help. Also, this doesn't contain a super harsh chemical scent. Overall, a good product.

Eco-friendly has recently been the biggest attribute I seek in cleaning products, as my home slowly becomes chemical free. I have a lot of essential oil-based cleansers, as well as products either naturally derived or biodegradable.For toilets, I had been using Better Life brand, which I really like, so DUTYBOX WC had a lot to live up to. Here are my impressions:PROS* it's kind of fun to assemble, like loading a squirt gun. Open a concentrated packet, and combine it with water in the cleansing bottle* works well! My bowl suffers from rust and other stains, and the WC made short work of them. I did not have to toil in my toilet* less waste. bottles are re-usable, so you only purchase refill pods* natural, eco-friendly ingredients! it's so refreshing to not breathe in a toxic cloud while cleaning, and knowing the environment isn't being negatively impacted in the process* price effective, given each pack lasts about a month of regular useNEUTRAL* packs are difficult to open, without getting a pair of scissors. maybe a perforated line to help with this?* the unnatural blue color -- is it really necessary? not a deal breaker, but worth notingCONS* none yet but will update if any arise!VERDICTI am a fan. I am glad I ordered this, despite my happiness with Better Life products, as I think the WC cleaner will be my go-to from now on. Recommended!
