NewAir WAT30B Pure Spring BPA Free Hot & Cold Water Dispenser, Black

I'm a real person writing a real review and I did not receive any discount (though I wish I had because these things aren't cheap.) I spent weeks researching the benefits/drawbacks and reviews of every model available, only to get frustrated and give in to this one at the last second. I say "give in" because I failed to note that all the reviews were purchased. I make a point never to purchase anything with paid reviews unless I'm already familiar with the product or have some other compelling reason to go against my values. In any case, it's a water cooler/heater and it works. The requirement for me was that it had 3 valves, one for each temp. This gets 5 stars for that, but the temps could be better. The cold could be much colder and the hot could be 5-10 degrees hotter. The room temp feels cool, but that's tolerable. The storage cabinet is a nice idea, but it's not chilled. So what's the point? It's not big enough to really store anything other than a few cans or bottles of something, and those are the things I want chilled. So it's empty. Other than that, it looks nice and has worked consistently. A serious flaw would be the instruction manual, which has one page referring to another page for initial rinsing instructions. Only the page referred to simply contains a diagram. There are no rinsing instructions anywhere. I hope I didn't drink too much toxic stuff in the beginning as a result! I'm not sick or dead, so it's probably ok. There's also some question about a plastic piece included and what it's for and where it goes. It seams to fit under the water bottle, but what it's for is a mystery. Was it just some weird piece of packaging, or does it have a purpose?

Great investment, overall a great product. Only has one downfall which is the middle button is the room temperature but it comes out cold or I would have given this product 5 stars. The hot water is perfect for then I'm making tea and the cold water is very refreshing, good hot and cold temperatures. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking to save money on all those bottles of water or just want a very convenient way to get filtered hot and cold water fast.

This a nice cooler it has three water setting the Wam in the middle seems not to work. it does not give warm water.. But the hot and cold work fine. Water taste good and it not nosy like the old one i have. I did not wanted to send it back but the two main hot and cold work fine.

Storage on the bottom is useless, wanted a fridge.

This is great. Works well, very quiet. The room temperature water is actually cold and not room temp. This isn't a huge problem as you can add a little bit of the hot water and it works very well.

I am very happy with this purchase. I ordered the water dispenser on Black Friday, and it arrived only 24 hours later! I have had it for almost a month now, and it works great. The cold water is cold and the hot water is hot. There are also switches so you can turn the cold or hot off if desired. The machine makes a quite hum, but it is not loud at all. I have not had any problems with water leakage. There is a storage area underneath the machine that would be great if could be used to chill drinks, but it's at room temperature, so I don't really have a reason to use it. Regardless, the machine serves its purpose of dispensing hot, cold, and even room temperature water, so I'm very satisfied with this product.

I loved it.. after a bit over a year it started spilling water out . I fallowed all the rules for it.. didn't move it around. Always very careful putting the water on it. Coverage on it is o my a year .

Great water cooler. My only gripe is that the compartment underneath is pretty much wasted. It would be great if it were refrigerated. Overall, pretty pleased though and would recommend this cooler to others.
