I love this product for joint pain...

I have a bone-on-bone left knee and this only helped minimally. I have other joint pain and noticed a small reduction in those joints as well. My doctor told me to try it for 2 months and since I have only done it for one month I am going to try it one more time.

I'm sorry to say that this product inflamed the joints of my fingers/ hands and elbows in a way that I've never experienced... to the point of throbbing joint pain and immobility. Thus, I feel obligated to warn any user of its possible effects. These effects did not become evident over- night rather, it's a gradual process that results from taking the tablets twice a day as recommended. In my case I was well into my second bottle of suffering when I noticed that not taking the tablets for a day caused immediate improvement in my fingers/ hands and elbows. Obviously this is my personal experience that may not happen to all or any other users. But if you notice these symptoms after taking Osteo-Biflex Triple Strength... "a word to the wise should be sufficient"... STOP... and feel no pain.

After switching from this product to Termeric Curcumin, I switched back feeling the most relief from Osteo Bi-flex. Everyone is different,but this worked for me, my only issue is pills are huge.

I've been using Osteo-Bi-Flex for several years, and it really does help to keep my symptoms under control.
