HellaH12560001 Lamp Re 4000 Fog Blk H3 12V

Excellent cut off, very wide view and appears to be about the same range as the regular headlight low beam, wish there was multiple drains already incorporated as I’ll be mounting them 90° from upright and will need to drill holes, tried some LED bulbs and was not impressed, the hella 55w bulbs clearly outperformed them and work very good, might try some 100 or 130w bulbs or possibly a 55w 3000k hid kit in the future. I will be painting the lenses yellow for now, not quite sure why hella does not offer a amber lens for the 4000 fog lights. Also was kind of thrown off that the lights needed to be assembled but would buy again for any other vehicle that needs great fog lights, very big lights make sure you have enough room before purchasing.

I have owned these in the p last and think they are the best fog lamps you can buy. I had to return these because they were too large to fit on the front of my 2014 F150 with the KC Hilites light bar. Love the KC bar because the tabs are in the rear. This places the LARGE Hella lights too far back and the Hood/Grille on my F150 would not open or close with them in place. Bought the HELLA 4000 Compacts and they work fine. Just not quite as much light.

Since I was looking for fog lights (plural) I was expecting to find two, or a pair, or a couple. Not one light.Just my opinion, but I really think that fog LIGHTS, should be boxed in pairs.
