Nice, solid, wedge under tennis shoe insoles
I purchased these for tendonitis. I had been warned away from gel ("useless" according to my doctor) and softer foam rubber (compresses, and does not last long per physical therapist). I tried using two brands made of what I thought would be firmer rubber: One was too squishy and was not as pictured -- did not have a flat bottom (not enough support). The two wedges that I worked were this cork one, which fits nicely under one of my sneaker insoles, and Adjust-A-Lift, which is slightly wider and fits better under a different, wider, sneaker insole. The customer service at both companies were kind and responsive. I am about to order another set of cork ones.

Good fit
These lifts fit very good and i like that they’re not the type that are soft where your heel goes up and down as you walk. They feel just like your shoe not like pillow.

Kind of stiff and hard but look nice.
The adhesive strip on the back didn't work well at all. I had to add a strip of frog tape (really sticky, clear, reusable, washable tape) which is thicker and sits down into the slight depression where my heels sit in my shoes. They aren't at all squishy but they might mold to my foot shape over time. They look nice with many of my dressier sandals. I felt they were slightly thinner than 3/8" but they'll do for dress shoes I don't wear for very long. I ended up with a shorter leg after a new hip made that side longer. I'd given up on wearing my pretty shoes, but now I think I can.

Good value for the money.
These heel pads work just as well as ones that are made in an orthotic shop. They appear to be durable cork material and fit the shoe very well.

Small size best for children's shoes
I had to exchange these for the larger size.
