It says it contains food for the live bacteria so in theory yes. The pre feeds the pro on my understanding.

I do not believe they need to be refrigerated.

Q: Are these tablets sugar free? i know they're gluten, gmo and dairy free but it doesn't mention sugar?

No they aren't sugar free they contain maltodextrin which is a type of sugar made from 🌽 starch or 🌾.

Q: Are these suitable if you have type II diabetes?

Yes excellent. It will control type 2 diabetes. Also if we take Psyllium husk( prebiotic) 10 gram daily, it will be good combination for best gut health and blood sugar control
