Q: The picture includes two strap locks - does the product actually come with strap locks? Also, do the strap locks hold well?

Hi...yes it does come with two of the simple small round black rubber type strap locks...you just put each one over the strap on the strap button...Simple , and they work very well in my humble opinion! I actually prefer these to the other strap locks that screw in to the guitar itself because I use a few different straps and these strap locks make that very easy! Enjoy!

Q: Why was my strap wet/moiste dark dye?

We get rainy seasonsa where everything arrives wet, this is a high quality strap not to be sestroyed by a little moisture. This last season i ordered books from another co.that came looking like used klenex... Luck of the draw!

Q: is the whole strap leather or just the ends?

The strap is PU leather (Synthetic) and only the ends are real leather.

Q: Does this fit an electric bass guitar?

I believe it would fit a bass wonderfully.
