Clearon Digital Hearing Amplifier - Behind the Ear - Tiny and Invisible. I am an older male with a moderate hearing impairment. These amplifiers work great for me and are at a reasonable price. I bought one for testing, it worked very well. Fit was easy, it is reasonably comfortable, light weight. I purchased a second one about two weeks later. They are simple to use, at first, you will need to adjust them quite a bit, switch from one program to another and manage volume control depending on your situation, Restaurant, TV, Crowded Room, Etc. Sounds like a lot but it is not, once you figure out which program works best for you, the change is simple. (I have a costly pair which require similar adjustments via volume/program button or remote) White noise is manageable (Change volume and/or programs if not), Voice in most situations is clear. Volume is adequate. Electric Fan and Window Air Conditioner noise is very difficult to manage, Changing to program #2 Helps a lot but cuts down on voices. In a quiet room I can hear my clock TICK, All of the alarms and notifications on my cell phone, and yes I can hear my wife again LOL. Good Luck, Don't be afraid to push the program buttons and wait a few seconds to hear the change.

Did not work. Did not fit. Quality did not meet expectations for this name brand product.

It actually should be 5 star as it works great at improving hearing....I am pretty sure any problem they are having is because the small hearing pieces that go into your ear canal come loose from the clear tubing and can get lost in the ear...I have had this happen twice and got the piece out with someone using tweezers: until I gorilla glued the ear piece to the tubing then no problem it worked great.I hope they clear up the problem as they are the best for any price up to 300$ As good as my 5000$ dollar aids.If they included tubing glued to the end piece in 2 or 3 sizes they would solve the problem.

Got these around April, 2018. They are more than adequate for me. I can't turn them down enough. There is not much difference between modes. I wear them about 10 hours a day and get a little more than a week out of the batteries. They seem to be sturdy and I've had no issues with them at all. Good product for the price. I would buy again.

I have using Clearons Vhp 220 for the last month it is a great hearing aid also but it's large and noticable. I decided to this smaller model. It's true it's almost invisible and especially if you heat and shape the tube.I won't take credit for this, for another reviewer explained to use a small paper clip to insert in the tube. Bend your tube into position and heat for about a minute with your blow dryer. Let cool and the tube will hold this shape when you remove the paper clip. Someone else suggested using gorilla glue to secure the dome to the tube. I took their advice also. The dome goes in far enough and if it came off, you'd panic to get it out. Just apply a little glue to the tube with a tooth pick and then replace the dome. Once you have the tubes bent your all set. I want thank the other reviewers out there for sharing their experience with this hearing aid both good and bad. These reviews are my first source when I'm in the market for something.I guess you never really know how long any product will last. But one thing for sure even if this one only makes it year, you can replace it with new one for this very affordable price.

I bought this and I can not get it to work. Thought maybe the battery was dead that they sent with aid so I bought new ones. Stil nothing! There is a small gap in the area where you put the battery in but I have tried numerous times to install battery and the gap remains. It is like battery in not connecting to where it needs to be. I would appreciate if someone could give me a clue as to what to do or else I am returning aid.

Just arrived today. Trying this against the blue $57 one. The blue one worked very well but seemed to pick up distant sounds. The low volume was just a litte too loud for me, but well tolerable. This one seens fine but I think many would like more volume. I would be happy with either one but but will probably get another Clearon for my other ear. This is very soft, if you need more volume, get the blue. Both pick up bird sounds I have not heard for some time.Update, I had a slight problem with an hear tube. This was resolved within minutes of my sending them an email. Can’t hope for any better service than thar.Amother update. The large phonak for me replaces the medium clearon. 10 domes you can use for the price of a set of three clearon that only one size works. These are very comfprtable to me.

An amplifier is not a hearing aid. I know the real things are expensive, but they have the cheapest ones at Costco and they are REAL hearing aids. This product is not worth it, save your money.
