I was recommended this instant coffee by another migraine sufferer and have used it 6+ years to help relieve the pain and pressure of my migraines. Caffeine has been known to help relieve headache pain, but it doesn't work for everyone. I find that this product works for me about 80% of the time. I always carry packets when I'm traveling too.
