I take these for minor aches/pains and they work good! I tried it today for PMS when I ran out of my regular otc med. It got me through a pretty rough day. It's a bit smelly, so that's the only con. Thanks to the maker!

It was a little hard for me to take these pills. The smells when the bottle is opened was overwhelmingly unpleasant. The taste was horrid too. I didn't notice any stomach pain or irritation. Two capsules are equal to 600 mg, I compared an Ibuprofen 600 to show the difference in. The directions say to take three times a day not to exceed six tablets daily. I did not notice any difference over what an ibuprofen would do, maybe less. These tablets have not been evaluated by the food and drug administration which makes me beyond iffy. I like the idea that they are natural quick dissolving tablets but I can't honestly say its not a placebo trick. My husband has recently been diagnosed with arthritis in the hips so I will update this in a week to see what he feels he gets from this verses over the counter anti inflammatories. I am glad that I received these at a discount because the pricing keeps changing dramatically. they I did receive this product at a free/reduced rate for my fair and unbiased opinion.

I've been extremely impressed with Pain-MD & plan on keeping a bottle around. Whenever a product claims to be fast acting, I get a little worried but that's exactly what this has been. It's an all-natural approach to pain relief that you would usually get from ibuprofen or alleve pills. It seems to have some sort of lasting effect as well so I have to assume it's reducing inflammation. I have very bad lower pack and ankle pain and whenever I take two of these, within minutes, it seems to go away.I've used near the entire bottle now & it continues to work the same as the very first time. I have to say this AdvantaPharm is the real deal and this seems to be a very high quality product. I would recommend.

I did not find any relief from these pills. They smell awful and I did not even want to touch them because my fingers would smell like them. These are WAY too expensive and I only ordered them because they were on sale and I suffer from a lot of back pain due to narrowing of my spinal cord and bulging discs. But I'm not getting much relief from prescription pain relievers, and was really hoping that these would do the trick. The reviews were great for the most part, so I wanted to give it a shot. Now I'm $30 short. I did use them consistently for a few days in case it would take a few days to really work, but found no relief.

This product actually works really well. I typically buy a lot of individual anti-inflammatory ingredients to help alleviate joint pain and GI discomfort from IBD, so I am familiar with a lot of the ingredients in the product. I took 2 caps and wasn't expecting it to do much since you can take multiple servings a day and it actually helped a fair amount. I was impressed. I've taken many individual ingredients for discomfort and not many truly live up to what I read about. This one actually did for me with the combination of ingredients they used.

Gave me a headache and nausea. I may be allergic to one of the ingredients.

PAIN-MD is a miracle! I've been using for awhile now and it works like nothing I've ever had before. It has a great all-natural blend of ingredients that help like you would not believe with my back & knee pain. When I run out of the product is when I notice just how much it was really helping me. As I continually take them, they seem to help even more so I try to run out but it has happened before. Each bottle comes with 90 pills and it lasts me about a month.
