Missing $7 applicator, and has "Recon" melted onto it. Only $3 more for Brand NEW!
I love the actual tool, but it wasn't accurately described, and is missing one of the applicators. Also, no mention is made that the word "RECON" is branded/melted deep into the side of the tool to signify it was reconditioned. It is where you hold it, so I had to cut off and sand down the words so it didn't scratch into my palm. It is only $3 more on a separate Amazon Listing as Brand NEW, on Amazon Prime, and now I have to purchase a $7 pad that was missing.
