Muy mal servicio al cliente por parte de Bluefin, la garantía no cubre las compras hechas en México por lo que no les importó que el producto fuera suyo, no me quisieron apoyar por más que insistí, no hubo forma :(Así es que sí piensan comprar la plataforma desde México consideren esto y mejor compren algo que sí tenga garantía

Pedana compatta, funzionale e silenziosa. È la prima che compro con il doppio movimento e ne sono entusiasta. 5 programmi preimpostati e 3 regolabili, piccola guida, pratico telecomando e bande elastiche incluse. Peccato per i piccoli difetti in foto (display rigato e rialzato da un lato) ma fortunatamente non sembrano ad ora aver influito sul funzionamento. Consigliata.

Es una plataforma completísima, te permite entrenar partes del cuerpo que no sabías que existían, verdaderamente un gran producto. Sobretodo en las piernas y glúteos a poco que entrenes entre 20 y 30" tres veces a la semana, el cambio es total.

Have been using it for a couple of months now and must say, really pleased with it. I have an adjustable desk in my home office and I have this to the side on its end and bring it out regularly and carry on working while standing on it. Obviously you can’t set it to the highest settings when typing but while on calls (that I’m not a main participant) or watching call recordings I can use it repeatedly throughout the day. I also use the high settings when work ends if I haven’t had a chance during the day. It means I get some good exercise out the way and have the evening with my family. I use a 6kg kettle on there sometimes for twists, side bends, presses, squats and back raises. I have had a number of prolapsed discs and this is a wonderful way to build core strength and spine muscles strength without having a huge range of motion which normally triggers pain/injury. I am chuffed with it. I have better exercise bands than the ones that came with it but they are ok, I just prefer mine as I have greater range of motion and can change the resistance with mine which you can’t do with the ones supplied, but they are ok if you don’t have any of your own. The remote control works well for me, I don’t use the platform controls other than the on off switch. Reaching down when it is on is a bit difficult for me because of my back, but with the remote, it doesn’t affect my use of the platform at all. The dual motion, horizontal and vertical, gives a great variety of vibration that I don’t think you would get with just one motion plane. I am glad I spent the extra money for the 3D motion. It is limited to 10 minute sessions, I guess because of the intensity of the movement on your body. I tend to do two or three sessions now that I am more used to it. Give your body a bit of time to get used to it before increasing your time on it is my advice (even though you might think you can go for ages), as it shakes your whole body, not just muscles and fat so build up resilience slowly. I also play upbeat music while on it because that makes me break into “in place” dancing which gives some extra exercise without having to be doing weights. I enjoy it though I wouldn’t like to be filmed doing it!!

Je mets 5 étoiles parce que j'ai remarqué qu'à partir de 3 étoiles les évaluations ne sont plus affichées. Une demande de Bluefin ?La plateforme semble robuste et bien stable et contrairement à ce que j'ai lu il ne fait pas de bruit gênant même au niveau maxi. Tout doit dépendre du sol sur lequel on le pose. Mais...1/l'affichage du nombre de calories est complètement farfelu. Je fais depuis 2 mois un régime à 1500 cal/jour je surveille ça de près et si les calories annoncées par l'appareil étaient réelles j'aurais forcément perdu du poids depuis 15j en plus de mon régime ce qui n'est pas le cas, je perds au même rythme2/ les vibrations même au niveau max (180) n'ont pas du tout le même effet qu'avec la plateforme vibrante de ma salle de sport. Pas de picotements et pas l'impression que le sang circule activement. Je ne pense pas que la puissance/fréquence annoncée par Bluefin soit bien entre 30 et 45 Mz ça me paraît impossible.3/J'ai lu aussi dans les avis que plusieurs personnes se trouvent plus détendues après leurs séances personnellement je ne constate aucun effet de ce genre.Pour le renforcement musculaire, je ne peux pas dire car je fais 1h de marche active tous les 2 jours donc je suis déjà musclée, je ne sais pas si la plateforme apporte quelque chose à ce niveauLe seul petit effet après 15 jours d'utilisation c'est peut-être une cellulite un peu moins apparente mais c'est vraiment léger quand même.Je pense qu'il faut se tourner vers un appareil plus performant quitte à payer un peu plus cher parce que là ça me parait un peu gadget.
