I don't "do" cute but was looking for an egg slicer that had thicker slices. Counting the number in this, it looked ideal. But actually, it's really small - a lot smaller than other egg slicers, and to the extent that it is too small to fit a standard Large egg from the supermarket. The plastic is too small so part of the egg just get squashed by the plastic. For small-sized Medium eggs, it worked well (although it does feel flimsy) so it's an odd flaw - but kind of essential.

Ok love my wedgey, hes a great little pal to have at breakfast and looks handsome as ever. Only downfall is that the wires don't actually go beyond the base so he ends up chewing a bit of the underside of the egg... very upsetting for the hubs :D

I just love this! I normally grate egg for mayonnaise but always struggle when trying to slice because the yolk breaks up. I use it a lot and bought one for my daughter.

A good looking & fun slicer, the only reason it doesn't get a full 5 stars is that it is difficult to slice a large duck egg which my 30 year old slicer managed ok.
