Complete with waste of money. Even using Polident strips they kept falling out. You can’t get a refund if the package is opened I’d like to know how you’re supposed to know if their effective unless you open the package.

Unless you have a *very* small mouth (these would have been too small for my nine-year-old), these will not fit right and look like a mouth guard sitting out in front of your gums. Mine cracked into pieces and hurt my mouth as I was re-shaping them for the tenth or so time. Truly disappointing waste of money.
