Donate the $70 to a charity instead of buying this phone it's junk.
Do not buy this phone it is the cheapest piece of junk I have used in my life. I would of rated it a negative 5 if it was possible. First of all it says it's a 3G phone and brags about how tough and rugged it is. i can't even put into words how untrue that is. Plum mobile should be sued for false advertisement. I have tmobile and I use my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and a Samsung Galaxy S6. Both cell phones have 4 or 5 bars at my home at all times as well as blazing fast lte 4g data. Just to check to see if the phone even worked with tmobile at my home I took the sim out of my S7 Edge and put it into the Plum 3G Tough Phone. It is an absolute joke. It only picks up a 2G data network and as far as call quality u would be better off using 2 dixie cups with a string like when u where kids. I literally have a Tmobile tower 3.8 miles from my home and the phone half the time doesn't dial out and if it does ur lucky if u can understand a word the person is saying before it drops the call. I called there customer service and it sounded like it was one single lady in a garage warehouse. When she answered all she said was hello not welcome to plum mobile or something professional and she had an attitude on her u wouldn't believe. I went threw the phones network settings to see what network it was actually assigned and even though I had selected tmobile it was actually running att wireless 2g network which makes sense considering ATT basically owns tmobile because att lets tmobile use their towers and charges tmobile basically rent for using them. I then did some research on the internet and I'm not going to go into anymore of the technical stuff. Last thing is instead of returning it I wanted to see just how cheaply made these phones really are so I disassembled it to take a look inside. The four screws in the back are a very small allen key don't remember what size but you can pick a cheap set of what I used to take apart the phone at radio shack for 10 dollars. Then you will find 3 extremely small torx head screws on each side. when you open the phone casing up what I found was to extremely damaged metal tabs were the contacts on the spearker touch, one broken post where the 4 back all keys screw into, If you want to take the circuit board out of the phone casing there are 2 small black philips head screws one at the bottom towards the right and the other up top hidden in that little black hole its hard to see. I forgot one more thing the speaker for the radio and music and heads free talk loud speaker is the biggest joke of all. To get your music to play from the radio out of the speaker o the back you actually have to have head phones plugged into it. and if your on a call and want to use the hands free speaker phone option don't bother even on the loadest setting you still have to hold it up to your ear. Bottom line is this believe me don't believe me I could honestly care less it's your money that being said I would of have got better use out of that $70 using it as a tissue to blow my nose with then throw into the trash rather then have spent it on that phone. I don't now how this seller sleeps at night knowing he selling such crap. The whole reason I even bought the phone was to use when I was woprking outside or going out. I'm a paraplegic and I am constantly dropping everything from leaving it in my lap and my hands shake really bad sometimes from my accident. Glad I put $70 of long term disabiity money to good use buying this phone LOL. And yes I put the phone back together and it still worked the same

You better hope it's durable cuz you'll want to throw it into a wall
I got this phone to replace my MANN ZUG S, which I loved but was only 2G. My network, AT&T is switching off 2G in a few months.YaysFirst, the plus, since there really is only one: It is 3G. I now have reception where I didn't before (like at work) and better call reception elsewhere. And I can use a headset with this phone, which I could not do with my MANN. (I guess that's two.)BoosNow, the negatives. First, the buttons on this phone are terrible. They do not make contact with the connector cells well. You can push the same button five times before it does anything. Sometimes, it will beep like you've pushed it but still not do anything. Other times, you can hit the button once and it goes through 3 steps on the phone. I have been using this phone one week and have already accidentally sent texts I was trying to delete. The buttons are also very small and there's a lot of extraneous pre-set buttons that so far I have had no need to use.Cannot get photos off phone without removing battery pack and micro SD chip. I feel like this HAS to be incorrect, but it is what the instructions say, and, as far as I can tell, true. When I hook the phone to my PC via USB cable, I'm given an option on the phone to treat it like a mass storage device. This is how my MANN connected to PC. However, whether I choose that option or any of the other options, the phone never shows up in the file manager and I cannot access anything stored on it.No mms, no picture texts. I don't really mind this since my MANN couldn't do that either, but I recognize it's still an issue for most people. It really does need to use the charger that comes with it. Although the port is standard micro-USB, it is buried so far into the phone that you need to use the cord that comes with the phone. The micro-USB end seems to be slightly longer than standard. When I have attempted to use another micro-USB charger, I could not get the plug to stay in the phone. The screen options all seem to be designed with coordinated instead of contrast colors. This means that in many cases, such as when looking at the list of text messages, missed calls, etc., you cannot read most of what is on the screen and cannot tell which item is highlighted. This is particularly bad in sunlight.I have not yet tested the durability or water-proof claims.Eh-factorsOthers have mentioned problems with the flashlight turning on while in their pocket or purse. My flashlight cannot be turned on until the phone is unlocked, so I have not had this problem. It is really light, at least compared to my work iPhone and my MANN phone, but there's such a trade-off in usefulness that it hardly matters.

Phone was good, except for a bit of impatience due to ...
Phone arrived quickly and was a replacement for a broken phone and was the 2nd replacement as the other phone would not acct AT&T. Phone is good, except for a bit of impatience due to the alphabet keys setup on phone keyboard where you have to tap same key more than once to get a different letter (abc =1, def=2, etc...). However keyboard is decently accurate and I am getting better at it.That was what I said awhile ago. Since the product went out of warranty and support mid April, it has ceased working well at all.It sends blank messages the majority of the time when I send texts and many of the keys have now become nearly unusable when you need to press them more than once to change letters. I was upset that I spent $60 on a phone that lasted only a few months.

Chimes & Bells
It gets good reception, doesn't drop out, it's tuff, drop-able, wet-able, hold-able, BUT you can't get any kind of a ringer except fruity little bells and chimes.......other than that, just don't let your buddies hear your phone ring.

Solid simple phone
A simple phone to be sure, but as advertised. Works fine on T Mibile. Good call quality. Two sim ports handy. For the money, this will be my travel phone.

Rugged Cellphone
OK for the price, not the quality of a Kyocera.
