Aerial Airborne Wakeboard Tower - Polished Aluminum

Poor products!I am very disappointed in Aerial products and their (Aerial and H20SportsWarehouse) customer support. I recently had the carpet in my $50,000 boat (Malibu Response) melt due to a design flaw with the Aerial Freeride tower. The concave/reflective surface of the tower concentrated the reflection of the sun and melted my carpet (twice) in Western Maryland.I called customer support (both Aerial and the reseller, H20SportsWarehouse) and they basically stated, “sorry, we can’t help you”. So much for standing behind your product. I spent nearly $3,000 on this tower and I’m going to have to go buy something else.To top it all off, their 5 year warranty apparently doesn’t mean anything.I would not recommend this product or any Aerial product unless you want to risk catching your boat on fire.
