InvictaMen's 5728 Reserve Collection Black Ion-Plated and Rose Gold-Tone Chronograph Watch

To say this watch is big is an understatement. It's like wearing a large deep frying pan on your wrist, or a giant wall clock. It does feel very solidly built. Obviously the $1995 retail price is way out of wack, but at $390, it's as good a watch as my Citizen's and Seiko's that cost about the same. The band was difficult to remove links from. There were no arrows on back to signify what direction to remove the pins but in the end I got a couple links out and it fits well. I wore it for a couple hours to get used to the bulk. I do like watch. I would not return it and would buy another Invicta. I don't like the bracelet as well as the bracelets on my other watches and that is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. It's attractive but does not seem to be quite as good in quality. However, If I lost this, I'd buy another. It's too big for my watch case so I have to keep it in the Invicta case. It makes me laugh that I have such a monster watch. It is beautiful to look at though and I just don't know how someone would be disappointed in one of these.

This will be my first and last Invicta. I love its weight, looks very good...a real eye candy. However, check the images on some of these Invicta watches, most especially the dials. They are not "on point". The watch that I got is so off, I can't tell the time. I can't get both hands to strike 12 o' clock. If the short hand is in the 12 o'clock position, the long hand will be on the 7 o'clock position. That is how bad it is. And if I try to put the long hand on the 12 o'clock position, the short hand will be between 12 and 1.Wish I took some photo's before I sent mine to a watch maker to have it fixed. It is fixed now.

The invicta men's 5728 is one of the most impressive watches I have ever seen. The shipping weight on this watch was 3.5 pounds. I own several invicta watches, but this one is by far the heaviest, most beautiful watch I have ever owned. When is comes to the technical description of a watch I will leave that to the nerds. I have lusted for this watch for six months or more. I discovered that if you see an invicta watch you would like to own, purchase it quickly if you have the funds. Once a dealer runs out of a certain invicta model it might not be available or even made again. In addition the limp wrist should not purchase the 5728 models. It's heavy!

Nice and good looking watch, however its weight becomes the watch not handy to use at all times. thumbs up for this watch I like it.

Beautiful watch. When you pick it up you really know you have a quality timepiece in your hand it just feel so solid and nice. Be careful when trying to remove the links. There are NO arrows point to the direction the pins come out. There are two pins for the links. The black piece has a smaller hollow pin and the link has to sold long pin. I know I tried and failed miserably to remove some of the links. I finally took it to a jeweler.

After sending it back to Amazon three times(3) because someone to the links out of supposed new watch and returned them . Finally Amazon sent me a new (really new) watch and it is wonderful. fits perfect and looks great on my arm. Can't wait to by another Invicta watch.

Huge watch, would recommend Invicta to others . It gets nice comments whenever I wear it.
