After some communication issues with the vendor, I have to say that I am very pleased with the product. My contractor had to cut out a hole in the back for the p-trap installation because its not really the standard 16 inch hight on the cabinet floor so for the p-trap to be installed we just needed to cut out a little bit... you can also move your plumbing higher but due to the delivery being a little behind and plumbing already done I just resorted to making the small hole. Overall pretty happy with it. Nice, modern, tidy, sleek. Worth every penny.

very well packed and the install consisted of setting the top on.very good quality-much better than anything we found at home depot or lowes.we were hesitant to buy these over the internet,sight unseen,but we are very pleased.

With its raised ceramic sink, this vanity is both functional and attractive. There is still storage space under the sink even with the plumbing, and the two bottom drawers hold lots of small containers and typical grooming items like combs, clippers, etc. I am getting comments from my friends regarding how they like the look of this vanity. It's perfect for updating the smaller bathroom. The matching mirror is a bonus! It complements the look of the vanity. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Bought the vanity and it is sturdy and beautiful.Decided its the wrong size NG style but can't return it because I cut the box open to inspect it at delivery. Save yourself the trouble and buy these types of things locally.

This vanity is amazing!!! So well made. I absolutely love it!! Their company is truly a wonderful company to work with. Their prices are the best around. I didn’t need the mirror but that was a bonus.

The photo of the vanity set includes a faucet (which is not included as part of the deal) and some of the questions/answers contradict each other. Here's the response I got from the seller after unpacking the 3 boxes that were delivered in June 2019 a bit later than promised: "The vanity set does not include faucet and drain. There are no instructions as the vanity base is already assembled. You just need to secure vanity top to vanity base using double sided tape or silicone. Then just secure the vessel sink to the vanity top using silicone. No hardware needed for vessel sink. Any 8" single handle faucet and pop up drain without overflow should work fine. Have a great day." Despite the lack of clarity, this is still a good deal. The vanity is very solid and not made of particle board junk. The top is of superior quality. The sink vessel is strong and looks fashionable. I will be using this in a commercial bathroom and it will stand up well to public use while giving a good impression.

Product is very good but a few finish issues. Not enough finish in some places on the product.

I love this vanity! Its very sleek looking. Unfortunately the type of sink I purchased leaves the plumbing taking up a lot of room so I have less storage. The drawers on the bottom aren't that deep but a roll of toilet paper fits in them so they do the trick.
