Nice flavour, not overly sweet, satisfying chewiness without causing jaw fatigue (#hEDS #EhlersDanlosSyndrome), great size for a snack or a small, quick breakfast, and #PalmOilFree! *Huzzah!*I keep a selection of various protein bars and shakes at home, ready for when I haven't the energy for a normal meal (#EDSDigestionIssues), in need of an energy boost, or a quick top up snack when on the go.I also take a selection with me when out on photoshoots, or adventuring in the wilds, as can make the difference between being able to keep going - after a pit stop, or crashing out completely. (#Spoonie #MyalgicEncephalomyalitus #PoTs #PosturalOrthostaticTachycardiaSyndrome)Only things I'm not keen on, are the plastic packaging and the expensive price tag, so I try to stock up when they're on offer.All in all a positive addition to my quick energy arsenal, and the top of their game compared to many other brands, simply because there's no palm oil used!*Palm oil is not only an ecological nightmare, it's terrible for digestion and causes GI issues, as it's a drying substance that causes inflammation. It's often used as a "filler" or "bulker" ingredient in consumables and cosmetics, causing all kinds of allergic reactions - which reeeaaalllyyy aught to be acknowledged by the medical community & authority bodies.
