I’m really happy with my Balzano mixer grinder. It works well and is quite easy to use. What impressed me the most is their customer support. Wonderful product. I bought this grinder on October 2024, it was working fine, but just after continues use the small jar became loose last year end and was leaking black greasy liquid so I stopped using that, I use the other two now. Last month the grinder stoped working so I had reached out to the customer support and they helped a lot. They arranged pick up for the grinder and also fixed the issue and sent me back even. Go for it. Their after sales is wonderful. Also this is a very compact product and weight is much less.

Kuvings service support is horrible. Before visiting they will charge 490/- for visiting charge & they will send their service engineer after one week after many follow up. Problem was motor was running but still running if you open the top portion & getting electric shock. Kuvings service engineer visited & not able to remove the screws & as per their supervisor he cut the plastic portion & damaged the entire unit. It is really pathetic & they said motor is not working. Replacement cost is 3500/- Don't buy this Korean product. You will not get proper support. Really disappointed on customer care person & he is writing non sense in the WhatsApp.
