This puts out a good amount of mist. Problem is, it's hard plastic, not flexible at all. It's stuck at the same height, same angle, and it always seems to miss the mark.

excellent design for relaxing in small area. we buy their mister heads for our large misting system at home and they lasted for years. this small system is very conservative on water. highly recommend this vendor for quick delivery.

The mister does not put out much. Unless you are within 12" of it or directly downwind, you get nothing, very disappointing. The nozzles have very limited adjustment.

Nice to put in front of fan when you are working in the garage.

I started using misters at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta. We had some ferociously hot, clear days. The misters were lifesavers. This summer we had the 2016 Olympics in Rio and I'm still using misters. This "big chill" mister works well for my potted plants.The "cool zone" is VERY obvious. People who move at the speed of potted plants will appreciate the mist. But anyone passing through will enjoy it, too. It always brings a smile, and don't we need more of that every day?The nozzle head has two small misting nozzles, shown in photos. I particularly liked the ON/OFF valve, thoughtfully located at the TOP of the misting unit. No need to fumble. No need to run back to the spigot to turn it off and on. Nice feature.It uses very little water, just 1.5 gallons per hour. That was measured on a house system set to 50 psi, which is typical of many residences.For a mister with just one nozzle head this is a decent product. I'm happy I bought it. Used when sitting outside in 90+ degrees. Helped tolerate the heat.
