SOAIY S-32 Voice Command Hands-Free Bluetooth in-car Speakerphone, Wireless Bluetooth Car Kit for Safely Driving with Shake Power On Function

This thing works great. The volume is very loud and clear-which is a huge help since my Lifeproof case really muffles the volume. GPS is so much nicer now, and I often use it in the house while talking to friends, not just in the car, because it helps me hear so much better as I am doing dishes, walking around cleaning, etc. I can hear better on this than on my regular Bluetooth speaker as well as the phone speaker. It holds the charge for a long time. I don't leave it on the visor because I'm afraid someone my break into my car for it, so I just keep it with me in my pocketbook. It's a great product. I use it with my iPhone 6S plus.

UPDATE ON MY INITIAL REVIEW 10/20/16: On the insistence of Soaiy, they asked if they could send me a new S-32 to review. They thought I may have gotten a faulty one. I will admit to being resistant and hesitant but agreed. I've now spent the last 4 days with both the Jabra Tour and the Soaiy S-32 side by side (see the below picture). It does appear that the first S-32 I got was faulty. This one has performed as expected, with no needless connects and disconnects. The reason I give the S-32 4 stars, is that the Jabra Tour still has a better speaker, that simply has a louder volume and clarity. Other than that, they perform equally in terms of ease of set up, and reliability. Their customer service was also solid as once I posted the bed review they contacted me immediately to rectify the problem.INITIAL REVIEW:This was a terrible purchase. After owning the Jabra Freeway Bluetooth Speakerphone - Black - Retail Packaging for many years, when it died, I wanted to try a version that was not so big or expensive. I read the reviews here and tried the SOAIY S-32. I thought it was just terrible. Although pairing was relatively easy that was not the problem. If I got in the car without my phone, it would continually try to pair and then unpair with my non existent phone. If I got into the car WITH my phone, it did the same. So I have to listen to it tell me out load "Pairing" every 5 minutes. It got so bad I would just turn the unit off until I needed it. When I did then use it, the sound is simply not powerful enough for a big car. I returned it and bought the Jabra Tour Bluetooth In-Car Speakerphone - Retail Packaging - Black. So far the Jabra Tour, at half the price and size of the Freeway is excellent. Works flawlessly every time. Great strong sound. Don;t waste your time on this poorly made item.

I buy a pant load of stuff from Amazon, but this one is crazy awesome. First, it feels solid; rubberized body and aluminum visor clip. Next, if you don't have this built in your car, you need this. With my iPhone SE, I voice activate it, give it instructions, and never touch my phone. I want it to read my incoming texts, but I haven't tried that yet. The phone GPS works flawlessly with it and between the device and phone volume it"s plenty loud for old damaged hearing. When the phone rings you say yes or no to the device. It pairs automatically with by phone bluetooth when I first turn it on and each subsequent time I enter the car, sleeping in between. Word of caution: If you initiate a call when away, your call will switch to the device as it re-connects when you get close enough, possibly regaling everyone in the car with your conversation. Our 2015 Camry Hybrid does not do these things as well. Today 8/5/2016, it needed the first charge since coming out of the box May 19th!

AMENDED (04/23/2017) SOAIY fast refundWith all problem solving tactics exhausted, SOAIY refunded both purchases and will be sending the shipping costs when the units arrive at their end. I'm giving two more stars for superior customer service and the, now, likelihood that the units work well with most bluetooth receivers but Motorola phones, alone, appear to pose a special problem.NOTE: I can validate that they pair, just fine, with any Samsung phone or tablet.AMENDED (04/20/2017) SOAIY working the problem.I can't raise the rating yet but I need everyone to know that SOAIY busted their chops to make this work right.Engineers are involved and there is no lacking, what-so-ever in customer service.I have a Motorola phone and that's normally a good thing but they may not be compatible with SOAIY yet.AMENDED (04/11/2016) : SOAIY saw the 1-star review and is now mailing me a more expensive, newer unit.I remain skeptical but am impressed with their willingness to set things right.If they do, I'll amend this again.I disliked writing negative reviews. ANY product line can have a bad day or a bad unit. But this is over the line.I bought two of these. One for myself and one for a friend.Within 4 months, the microphone on mine quit working. It would pair and the speaker worked but zero sound reached anyone at the other end.I've been using Bluetooth devices, successfully, since they were first marketed and, in general, I really love them. No amount or resetting or trickery was successful. Then, three weeks after mine quit working, my friend's became dodgy. Now it will only pair effectively if you reset the phone, put it in a specific mode and THEN pair it. Her phone works normally with any other Bluetooth device.I'm just waiting for the mic to fail.

I have an older car without blue tooth and this is great, I have a new car with blue tooth yet notice that this device connects instantly to phone, different from auto installed blue tooth programs that take a minute or two to "load" the phone information.Very clear speaker, and those I speak to say my voice is great. I have used this for about 6 months, good experience with battery life. I found it hard to set up for two different devices, however. Great price. I have only charged using my computer, but it comes with charger for car. I
