Small Fossil Excavation Kit

It was a lot smaller than I thought it would be, but it kept my son occupied so it works.

Awesome product. My kids are super into dinos and fossils right now so these are surprises for them. Only wish I could have picked which fossile they'd get. I ordered multiple and they're all the bee. Which is ok for now but if I order more(which I want to do) I would want a way to not get the bee again.

The box is cheaply made (almost looks like its from the $ store) but dont let that fool you. The prize is hidden within! There's a small wooden digging tool and brush included and the "plaster" is soft enough to slowly chip away until you find the "dino bone". My nearly 6 year old thought this was super cool when Santa brought it in his stocking.

This is very disappointing! The website says age 4-10 but the box says for ages 8 and up! I wish I could return this because it isn't even opened but apparently it's not eligible

I bought these for my classroom during our lesson on fossils. My only wish is that the students would have to dig deeper before they found their fossil since there is a lot of wasted material at the bottom. My students enjoyed it, and it was a great lesson on how they dig fossils in the field!

Extremely small excavation kit. I was surprised at how small it actually was. And it only had one fossil, where as for some reason I thought there would be all 4. My fault for not fully reading the description well. However, dispite the fact it didn't meet my expectations, my son still enjoyed every minute of digging out his fossil. The fossil was already red when removed.

smaller than expected. The entire box can fit in your hand but it is still an awesome toy. I gave this to my 5 year old nephew in a basket I made of other dinosaur items and he was thrilled

Smaller than I was expecting but it served its purpose. It was the size of my palm if not smaller.
