can you use this with a cold brew?

No. It would not dissolve in cold brew.

I do a keto lifestyle. This product does it's job as long as you are fat adaptive and aren't adding sweeteners or flavorings that cause insulin levels to spike. This serves as my breakfast and could easily help anyone with a plan to do OMAD (one meal a day) to benefit from IF (intermittent fasting). This product in your coffee does not break an overnight fasting state, assuming there's no sabotage from a sweetener.
