The shoes I've gotten thus far have been comfortable and light weight
This is the 3rd pair of Inov-8 shoes I've opted to purchase for my CrossFit workouts because I've "fallen in love" with this brand! The shoes I've gotten thus far have been comfortable and light weight, and they fit perfectly, so I had no reason to expect differently from this pair. I generally wear a size 8, but for some reason, this pair seemed to run small. I did wear them for one workout, but I could feel my toes pressed right up against the end of the shoe which was especially uncomfortable while running. I went ahead and ordered another pair in size 8.5, and I'm currently awaiting their arrival....with my fingers crossed that the 1/2 size increase will be enough! I'm not sure of the return policy for this item (especially since I did wear them for an hour) so I'll have to check into that or try to sell them to another interested party.

Excellent shoes! I'm normally a size 9 or 9
Excellent shoes! I'm normally a size 9 or 9.5. I ordered the 9 and while they are fine, they are a wee bit small. I can wear them and they are great for working out, but after a few hours I start to notice that my feet feel very confined. I however am used to walking around in sandals or bare feet all day so that may have to do with it. I ordered another pair in the 9.5 and that is working so much better for me I like the little bit of extra room and those I could wear all day. Super lightweight, because they were so lightweight I thought there wouldn't be support or they wouldn't be comfortable. But they are definitely both. I got these on a super sale but I can say this shoe is one of the few I would actually pay full price for.

Comfortable shoe will use for working out
Just received my new shoes today and can't wait until I go to my Saturday morning CrossFit class to put them to work. I read a lot of the reviews and some said the shoe ran small and encouraged buyers to go up a size. I did and am annoyed that I didn't go with my true size instead. I am going to use my Dr Scholl gel inserts and it will be okay. The sizing chart is a bit confusing at least for me it was. But all in all I am still pleased with the purchase. I usually wear Reebok Nano 4's and I also have a pair of Ascic's and was considering trying the Nike Medcom1's when I came across this shoe. I think I made a good choice.

Great Shoes for crosstraining and much more
As many others say in previous reviews, these to tend to run small. I purchased a half size larger and they were still snug, so I ended up going with a full size jump. On top of that little issue, the shoes are awesome. I am pretty heavy into working out. I do 3 days of weights and 2-3 days or high intensity cross training. These shoes are perfect for my leg day at the gym and for all of my crosstraining. They are so light and comfortable. They make you feel very light and make burppies and knee tucks very easy. I haven't put many miles on as far as running, but have used they for at least 6 classes and workouts.A side note, I did try the 140 series and thought they were a little too narrow. These are little more wide. Good luck and hope the review helps.

but these are amazing. They are so comfortable and work perfectly for ...
I was very nervous about purchasing shoes online, but these are amazing. They are so comfortable and work perfectly for cross-training, cross-fit, lifting, and TRX. They provide great traction and support, and I feel a lot more stable and grounded in these than I do in my regular running shoes when I am lifting. For me, they aren't very good for distance running though. I need more cushion from my running shoes. But if you don't need a lot of padding in shoes or if you like the minimalist type running shoe, these will be a good choice. I will definitely be purchasing these again. I followed the sizing chart, and was so glad that they actually fit. Because I have very small feet and sizing varies so much from company to company, I was really worried that this might be an issue.

I LOVE these shoes
I LOVE these shoes! I am an avid crossfitter and I do not like Reebok and I don't like having the same thing as everyone else, so I chose not to go with the Nanos. These shoes are a perfect fit (I'm a size 8) and my toe goes all the way to the tip. I am not sure that an 8.5 would be better, but so far, after a week, I don't have any complaints. I like that they feel like they are a part of my feet, instead of something I am adding on. I haven't run in them yet, but for box jumps, lifting and speed rope work, I love them so far

Inov8 makes the best shoes
Very comfortable! This is my second pair of Inov8 shoes and I don't think I'll go back to New Balance or Reebok any time soon. These do run a little small though. My first pair of Inov8 were the 262s, which are made a little wider than the 240s. I heard they are discontinuing the 262s and now have the 240s in precision and standard fit, with standard being the wider of the two. So I purchased these in standard fit and while they are are wider than most athletic/gym shoes, they aren't as wide as the 262s. They are also about 1/2 size smaller. Still a great shoe. Extremely soft lining, with just enough support for long workouts. I use them for crossfit style workouts and as a casual every day shoe.

I like that the soles are easily removed to put in ...
I always order my shoes a half size larger than I need because my feet are wide. These run too small because my toes should not be jammed in at all and they are. Shipping ran a day late which meant I didn't get my shoes before I left my parents house who I was visiting. So they had my shoes and the return time ran out before I could return these. I like that the soles are easily removed to put in my own inserts, they are nice and light, and they are wide enough for my feet, hence the 3 stars. Too bad this ran small.

3rd time is a charm.
after several tries I finally got the right one. I wish I could have purchased it in a different colour but I love them just the same. I am a ladies size 6 and this is a 4. So they run really big.

I loved the design
I loved the design, but they fit so small, even after ordering a 1/2 size up i had to return them.

Love the way they fit
One of the shoes wore through at the toe very quickly after about 4 wears so i will have to see if a shoe repair place can do anything. I have another pair of Inov-8 F-Lites and they are still going strong after 2 years. Love the way they fit!

Great trainers!
I really like the Inov8 F-lite shoe - this is my second pair. I love that they are so light, have a lower sole profile and are super comfortable. Perfect for weight training! I'm a size 36 and found that the 3.5 UK shoe fit really well.

A good fit and comfortable when in the gym
A good fit and comfortable when in the gym, personally I have not noticed to much difference in squatting with these, but I am still new to it so it could just be my postures is out.
