Square Enix Dissidia: Final Fantasy Play Arts Kai: Squall Action Figure

A great figure to have for any ff fan. I have purchased multiple play art ff figures but this one was my first experience with the kai toyline. The amount of detail really suprised me in a good way, the overall paint job is done very well and the overall detail of the figure is what ive come to expect from the folks down at play arts. A very fair price for an exceptional figure... i will definitely continue to purchase more of these dissidia themed figures in the future, they truly are amazing figures

Don't buy from eknight-media. They sell open and repackaged merchandise as new factory sealed. Liars and bad sales practices. Amazon should step up and crack down on vendors/merchants like these.

This figure of Squall is pretty awesome! The sculpt is dead on and the paint is amazing! I haven't noticed any structural issues that others noted, but then my Squall lives in his box until I get some shelves put up. I am very happy I got this guy because I just love his character!

Cheap. The arms are connected by a small and incredibly weak plastic hinge. I tried placing the figure in a simple pose demonstrated on the box, and the hinge snapped. After super glueing it and letting it sit overnight, it broke a second time in a different spot! Its like I have to reenforce the entire thing! Not to mention that the shoulders look like part of some Happy Meal transformer. This isnt my first play arts, or even my first Dissidia brand figure, so I was suprised at how much a piece of crap this turned out to be.

I was eagerly waiting to get this figure, I ordered and arrived pretty fast.And as final fantasy fan im pleased, the detail is top notch, looks even the same as the squall Dissidia version.But as collector this figure is a mixed bag.The good:the height is around 20 cms and articulation is good for the most part.The Revolver gunblade looks superb, although it is pretty much regular plastic, and no gimmick used it to make it less evident.the bad:The torso fell apart form the legs, at arrival, nothing damaged, just needed to put it together, but that proved hard since the top piece is really rigid, you need to soak it on hot water for a bit and then reassemle to make it fit.the ugly:Accesories are none existant, only and adittional pair of hand to hold the gunblade.the worstThe pegs on the hands are tiny and really thin, im sure if it falls down it will certainly break, and that is not acceptable on a figure with this price tag. The articulation on the hands is so stiff that it will clearly break your peg if you force it. Also the additional hands dont fit as tight as the closed knuckle,The ball joints on the shoulder make scratches on the paint when moving it around, it is easy to hide below the wooly like piece of the jacket, but still.The chain attached to the gunblade is too thin, the plastic link holding it broke .Still is a good figure, and for displaying purposes its great, but if you want to juggle around with it, or do crazy posses ill recommend not trying anything too extreme on the hands or you might regret it.

okay first the bad, ball joint on the waist keeps comming off but I fixed that problem with out the lose of poseabilty, gun sword does not fit as tight in his hand as i would have like but he still can hold it.Now besides that i love the detail and yoy can create great poses. Not ment for kis, collectors only how can play and pose with beating the figure up. It's pretty but it can only take so much. Collectors and final fantasy fan will love him next to cloud.

Son Loves it ! it is part of his collection! GREAT quality ! He was so happy when he opened the box.

If you are a fan of final fantasy 8 this is a great figure. Mine is displayed in the box and my friends love it!

Was sold a bootleg version of the figure. Made in China, supposed to be a Japanese import. Figure is falling apart. Very unimpressed....
