Was frustrated because I thought they did not include screws for the actual doorknob but they are screwed into the knob and need removed before install. They are nice and I like you don’t need a small key to unlock them those are so annoying.

I so wanted 4 new bedroom door locks and was delighted when I received them. I didn't have time to install them for a while (over a month - my fault) and when I did...the first 3 doors / locks went particularly well. However, after taking all the old hardware off the 4th door and putting on this LAST handle, I felt I was on the home stretch (the screws are extremely long...putting in / taking out). When I finished, I closed the door and went to open it and the knob came off in my hand! I tried absolutely everything to see if there was some sort of "catch" or something, but the whole outside key entry lock fell inside of the knob. So, off with the "new" and put the old back on. Not sure if this was a factory error or what, but I was very disappointed.

Switching out home to matte black. These were way to install and gave me the look o wanted at a low cost.

If you know how to install a door, pretty Easy. All that is needed is a Phillip's head. By the feel of it, pretty cheap feeling, and even turning the mechanism of the lock itself isn't smooth at all. Lining it up was okay, it sucks since it's round knob gets in the way of the screws (1 person job) this is manageable and not impossible for the average dope 🙋🏻‍♀️I ordered these since they were cheaper and I ultimately needed a simple lock for the doors in my home. It's a 4 pack for a little over $30 Which is affordable by comparison. The metal seems Sharp, and not really in the best way, Like in the way you'll end up cutting yourself handling these if you're not careful.

One of the four door knobs were broke. I asked them to ship me one new one. Late that evening they shipped it out to me. Got it today and it is a complete pack of 4 doorknobs. Very impressed with their customer service. Product is good quality.

These are the worst quality door knobs I have ever purchased, the pieces hardley fit together, the lock piece wiggles inside of the actual knob on the spindle. The handle does not stay on the door is CONSTANTLY falling off, no installation error, there's just not a pin or anywhere for a screw to hold the ball piece on the knob. It's very frustrating my toddler can pull the knob apart as the metal spindle is very sharp and face level.Do not recommend at all, go to the hardware store and get a cheap pack of these. Not worth the online purchase.
