Great small whisk! I was trying to find the same whisk with a smaller head but this one is actually great. It covers a broader surface. It is now a favorite! The handle is long enough your hand doesn’t get hot right away when cooking a custard that takes some time. Cleans up in a snap and seems pretty sturdy. It was a great stocking stuffer for our older children.

Exactly what I was looking for. Four of these at a great price, sturdy, cleanly made. I have three kitchens to stock and I also teach food classes so I might need to order more. I’ll be reaching for one of these often.

If a wire whisk can be awesome, that is. I have a couple of mini- balloon whisks that I use with small bowls for mixing up small stuff like salad dressings and sauces, etc. They work just ok. These whisks are GREAT for mixing stuff up in small bowls because you can get it done quickly and not slosh stuff out of the bowl. They really shine mixing thickeners into things because they incorporate ingredients quickly. They are also really great for using in flat bottomed pans for sauces and gravies because you can really scrape the bottom of the pan and get in the corners, so everything gets mixed well. If I didn't already have a ton of other whisks in my collection, I would think about getting two more. They would not replace a balloon whisk for large volume egg white beating (like for a souffle) but if I had to choose one kind of whisk over everything else I have, I would choose these.

We use these to make salad dressing. We bought a large Ludwig Scandinavian style whisk and loved it. We wanted to get more but the Ludwig was pretty pricey, so we tried this much cheaper pair. These have a good build quality, but: 1. Angle is much flatter than the Ludwig model, which made it hard to whisk at the bottom of the large salad bowl we use. I bent these at the bottom to increase the angle, and that has worked better. 2. The whisk part of this design is basically a semi-circle. I feel like the Ludwig design of a whole circle does a better job whisking the ingredients. Maybe that's in the technique (I don't know if there is a particular correct whisking technique), but that's what I noticed. If price is no object to you, or you only need one of these, I'd get the Ludwig design. I make it work with these. They're not useless. Just not as good.

This is the perfect whisk for gravy’s or making a roux! It gets lumps out quickly and gets into the edges of your bowl or pan. I was cooking for my daughter at her home, she only had a traditional whisk, and I quickly ordered these to simplify her life and mine when at her home! Best little egg scrambler and mixer you’ll find. Sturdy and strong and easy to clean!

These work so well.

My go-to whisks. They wash clean easily and stir well; they stir very well in flat-bottom pans. I do wish they were in a complete circle rather than horseshoe shape, but they're still the best out there.

These are great little whiskers. Perfect for beating an egg, stirring gravy, stirring cream of wheat, anything you don’t need a big whisk for. They make great gifts and stocking stuffers.

Mixing a lot of mixtures love it thats why I have bought more to give to the family

Very simple tool. Washes very easily and does the job perfectly. I am guessing I will have these for rest of my life unlike the coated whisks that have come and gone; probably some half dozen or so in my 30 years of cooking.

Fantastic little tools for whisking / whipping small portions. No little crevices for food to get caught it - super simple to clean. Very good quality. Highly recommended

Best whisk ever for making gravy or blending out lumps in anything you’re making or cooking. Works better than a traditional whisk and loved it so much I bought more as gifts for friends. No kitchen is complete without this whisk. I hardly use my traditional whisk anymore since I have this one. It’s light, easy on your wrist, and does a better job.
