See bottom for update...The idea of this all-in-one charger is great - a multi-country adapter, USB charger and battery pack. However, the adapter I received died two days into a Europe trip and the battery pack never fully worked.Before going on a Europe trip I tested the adapter in the USA and it charged my Nexus 5x phone and Galaxy tablet just fine multiple times. I tested the battery pack by charging it fully then tried to charge my Nexus 5x and the battery didn't even gain 20% capacity back. The adapter's built-in battery just couldn't hold a charge.That was OK heading to Europe because it at least has the two USB ports to charge the devices. As mentioned, a couple days into that trip the USB charger died overnight. For two different devices, it would put out enough power to make the device think it was being charged, then stop - over and over to the point it drained the battery on my devices because the screen would turn on each cycle.The actual outlet adapter part of this product worked well so I just bought a USB charger in Europe. I used the retractable USA and Europe (Germany, Italy, France) plugins and it worked well for that.The seller, LOOP, was outstanding helping deal with my issues by refunding the cost and shipping a replacement (though not to Europe). Hopefully this was a one-off experience with the product, but if you're traveling consider taking a spare USB charger just in case. Having a charged phone was really helpful!UPDATE: June 2016The replacement adapter arrived and I charged it according to the instructions. The power bank then fully charged my old GS3, and the next day (after charging the power bank again) it brought my Nexus 5x from 55% to 100% with capacity to spare. It's pretty clear the first adapter I received was a defective fluke. Thanks to LOOP for the excellent service!

This travel adapter worked great traveling Iceland. It was great to be able to have multiple devices plugged in at the same time. I was able to use the main outlet while charging two usb items. Because this adapter is also a battery it was great to have a way to charge USB items even when this adapter wasn't plugged into the wall. The only concern I had was that one of the round metal ends on the two prong European plug began to unscrew from the plastic prong. I periodically checked and tightened it.

Very useful gadget. Does NOT convert voltage or cycles, but does a fine job of charging "universal power input" devices such as laptop (or other standard plug device) and two cell phones (or other USB charging devices) -- all at the same time. I used this for a month, charging a tablet, a cell phone, and camera batteries overnight. Essentially works on any electrical plug configuration in the world.

My daughter is currently using this while in Germany and is now in London England. It works great! Also have the power pack on it to be able to charge your phone when not near electric outlet is good too. Perfect buy for traveling abroad. And seller is fantastic to work with. They sent us an email with travel tip on using this. Greatly appreciated! Fast service too. If your looking for the real deal and a great seller then you've found it.

I purchased this for an upcoming trip to Europe. I have not had a chance to test it on other standards but it works in the US. The USB charger is handy. It has a battery so it can charge a USB device away from a standard power source. It gave my iPhone a partial charge and the instructions say it may take several cycles to get the battery to full capacity. All in all it is a handy gadget for travelers.

This was a great charger and power bank for our European vacation and this worked perfectly to keep all our phones charged. Only time we had a problem was in one hostel, where the outlet was upside down on the bottom of a shelf. The Loop's weight was heavier than the friction holding the prongs in the outlet and so it would fall down. This unit also worked with our hair dryer. Now that we are back in the US, we still use the LOOP as a portable charger when we are out and about.

Great product. Worked well in several European countries and the US. Only thing is some of the components are a bit hard to slide into place. As a battery back up it performed well and and helped to add a few extra hours to phone life. Not a converter so your power supply will need to be able to handle multiple voltages. Overall it seemed unit was a great addition for travel.

Bought 2 adapters/powerbank for 3 week trip to Europe (France and Spain). Worked flawlessly throughout except for one adapter where the tip of plug came unscrewed and got lost. Upon return, got an email from Loop asking to give feedback about their product. When letting them know of the issue, they immediately emailed a new adapter free of charge without asking for a return. Now this is what I call great customer service and a company that stands behind its products. Hence the 5 stars. Would definitively buy again, great product!
