After applying on concrete, it seems to have formed a good film. Yet to get tested in rain.At another location, it was applied on tiles and it also looks fine.

Was very easy to apply. However, the fibre material provided is useless and too small in size. So I used Fibreglass tape instead to seal several leaking gaps in a tin roof. It worked very well as we had a storm with 4 hours of my applying the patches. Not a single leak and the material did not wash away.
