I'm starting with 4 stars because this is the maiden voyage and I haven't run them through the ringer yet so to speak, but so far I am VERY impressed! Being fifty-(cough) years old (welp there's a test right there), I purchased these for light bladder leakage. I have also tried the reusable cloth liners, which work just fine but feel bulky and somewhat diaper-like, so decided to give these a go (haha). So, at first pit stop the inside of the underwear was wetter than I expected, but NOTHING on the outside. I hadn't even felt any dampness. I have only worn the first pair for part of a day, and already I am very pleased with this product. It does run a bit small - I normally wear a size 8 panty, but based on the sizing chart, ordered the XXL and they fit just right. (I am 5'6" and 195 lbs. for reference.) The leg holes feel a tiny bit loose but definitely not intolerable - better than too tight. They are soft and comfortable. I worried they might make a "swishing" sound as they appear to have a plastic-type middle barrier layer, but no problem there whatsoever. We'll see how they hold up over time and deal with washing. I'll hold my 5-star rating in reserve for now for that reason, but so far I am very happy with these for the price!UPDATE: I'm officially updating my rating to 5 stars - I love these and will be ordering more! No more landfill-filling disposable liners or bulky removable inserts for me. These feel like normal underwear, which is exactly what I was going for. (I do wash in cold and drip dry, and they've held up great so far.)

I am a mature woman, 5‘7“, 165 pounds. A little round around the middle. I’m pretty active so I was looking for an underwear that would fit smoothly under my activewear as well as daily jeans, skirts and shorts. Imagine my surprise, when these underwear arrived, they fit perfect. There is a very thin plastic lining sandwiched between two pieces of cloth that prevented any wetness showing on my clothes. I have worn these underwear for several weeks now. They are totally wash and wear, dryer, safe, and constructed very well. No sashaying noise, no droopy undies, and no climbing up the crack. These are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.

These ran a bit large for me

I purchased these panties because I am of that age where when I laugh or sneeze I wet myself. They work fine for little leaks like that. Not absorbent enough for running to the bathroom and not quite making it.They run a little small and shrink in the dryer. I wash in washer and hang to dry.

When the inside fabric layer wore out in no time I thought it was my fault, that my uri scare it away. But then I thought, that’s what they’re for! To catch urine. It’s not a lot of urine, just a few drops when I sneeze or cough. And they’re dissolving!

I love these! They are not bulky at all, and they are very flexible. They give you an added layer of protection when on your period. They have been washed several times and still hold up. Shipping was quick and packaged well.

Very good quality, no leaks, even on heavy days. I've started wearing them regularly for incontinence issues. They wash super easy. I am usually a large but ordered the XL and they fit perfect, so order bigger.

Pensé que se notarían demasiado con jeans o joggers y la verdad que me sorprendió. No son para días de flujo medio o abundante. Te evitan de mancharte cuando apenas la estás esperando. Perfectas para dormir.
