used it the first time today and too bad my lunch bag got soaked as the cap leaked. tried to cover and uncover the mug as i may have placed the cap incorrectly, but to no avail. it is not leak proof as claimed.

Best travel mug I have owned
I love this cup, I was concerned about the complexity of the lid, but it is very well designed, there are no sealed compartments where bacteria or mold can grow, the lid can be completely disassembled and sanitized. The thermos is very effective at holding its internal temperature. Because it is so well sealed It is a little hard to drink from.

mouth is wide enough to clean by hand. Insulated so good for soup or iced drinks. Looks and feels good. Cap doesn't leak.

Keeps drinks hot or cold all day!
This is the third one of these for our family. We all love them and they are all used every day for hot coffee or tea. This keeps my coffee hot from 7:00 AM until I finish it at 9 or 10. My son works construction and brings his to work at 6, it's still hot at 9 when they break. There have been days when I have not had time to finish my coffee and when I get home at 3:00 and empty it, the coffee is still hot enough to enjoy. In the summer, I drink Iced coffee and it says cold, without melting all of the ice, for hours. Highly recommend.
