Love the headset. Only issue is it won’t hold an 8 hour charge. If you take them off you have to charge them otherwise they will die on you.

After two years, this battery has never failed on me. (Unless I forgot to hang it on the hook or didn’t hang it all the way on, hehe). If you hear an echo, turn the mic volume down (located in the back of the base). Customers should still be able to hear you just don’t turn it allll the way down. I am able to do everything I need to do in my 1800sq ft home no issues. I even let the dog out in the backyard🤣. GET IT.

Headphones work great

I had problems since day 1

Although I have used and loved this model for many years, this recently purchased refurbished model only has a battery life of 3.5 hours. It consistently fails at this point. Very disappointed with the refurbished product based on the money I spent on it.

I work from home for a call center so I desperately needed a head set that I could get up and still take calls away from my deskphone. the sound is great, the battery life and echoing within calls is awful. But since the price was lower I'm fine with it.

I love this headset, great sound quality. I’m so glad that I don’t have to be tied to my desk anymore.

I am thankful I can move around while working and not confine to my desk.
