Full disclosure: I've been taking this supplement for only a week. Rating the vendor, I give 5 stars. Shipment was quick and packaging was great. Now for the product. In the five days I've been taking this product, I am seriously rethinking the benefits of regular multi-vitamins and glucosamin chondroitin with msm supplements. To clarify, I have been taking a multi-vitamin and glucosamin chondroitin with msm supplement for over six months (started them both at the same time). I ran out of my multivitamin a couple weeks ago, and it hasn't been in stock where i normally shop. Well my knees started regressing to the state they were in that caused me to start (and swear by) glucosamin chondroitin with msm. Logically, that means the multivitamin was taking care of the issue by itself, right? Anyway, I stumbled upon and decided to order this multi-mineral supplement because 1. I don't have my multivitamin, and 2. the research on the various minerals touts amazing benefits. I wanted to test the research for myself. In the week I have been taking this multi-mineral, my knees feel awesome, my skin looks wonderful and my hair is super shiny! Not sure if I notice an increase in my energy level that others have mentioned, though. However, the benefits I have noticed further prove my logic that glucosamine chondroitin with msm is a psychological placebo (and perhaps also my regular multivitamin...). Of course, more time and research is needed before I make a final determination. (I will need to quit taking the glucosamine chondroitin with msn for starters.) I can't say I will update in a few months, because I am not that dedicated. But I can recommend that you do your own research and figure out what works for you. This multi-mineral might be a good addition for you as well!

Got these to replace Puritans Pride "Super Chelated Multi-Mineral". Which for some reason are permanently Out Of Stock ?? They actually are more potent BUT more expensive. GREAT VALUE compared to all others available

I have a long list of health problems and I am always tired. I am always low in magnesium and take a lot of supplements. I stopped them all and taking these minerals and I feel better almost as good before I was plagued by cancer, diabetes, CKD, hypothyroid, and Hyperaldosteronism. I did notice the pills do not dissolve in my GI track so I crush them slightly. I am cleaning my house again and do not spend all day in bed resting.

I spent a lot of time reading ingredient lists before finding this multi-mineral. It has everything I was looking for. Excellent source for making sure you get all the minerals your body needs to keep you healthy. This has the correct types of minerals that are absorbable by your body.Unfortunately even "whole foods" do not contain everything you need. Soils have been depleted by mega farming practices, so you need to supplement. Amate brand is a good choice.
