Superior method for rice preparation (and especially for steamed Japanese dishes)
This donabe steamer was exactly as described, and arrived in good condition. This steamer has very easily shamed my electric rice cooker in the quality, and especially, the uniformity of the rice it produces. Surprisingly, this takes close to the same amount of time as the electric model to prepare rice. I am very pleased with this purchase!
