Worth the extra money!
I love the look of foil baking cups, but they are a little more expensive. I am trying out a new hobby of making gourmet cupcakes, and these make an awesome presentation. FYI..... The product comes with the foil baking cups and there will be a pastel baking cup inserted in between the cups. This is done during manufacturing to prevent the foil cups from sticking to each other. REMOVE the pastel cup from the foil cup before filling with your batter. Please NOTE: the liner cups are the same as the pastel ones that you buy from Reynolds, so you can save them and use them for future baking (i.e. muffins, cupcakes, etc.) when you don't want/need to use a foil liner. For me having the liner cups seemed to soften the blow of how expensive the foil ones are. I didn't love having to buy 24 packages all at once, but these will be nice to have on-hand. I just purchased the mini cups because I loved these standard ones so much. I also like that the cupcake or muffin doesn't stick as much to the foil cups as much as it does in the paper ones. These foil cups make for a better presentation and less waste. Everything comes out looking stunning (which is great for a novice baker)! :)Pros:-Less mess and less waste than not using a baking cup or a regular paper ones-Makes your presentation of cupcakes or muffins look awesome!-Love that there are liners that you can save for future uses (32 foil cups and 32 liner cups)-The packaging makes it easy to storeCons:-More expensive than regular baking cups (but less expensive than most stores)Neutral:-Having to buy so much in bulkEven though these are more expensive than standard baking cups, I still give them 5-stars because they work well and I haven't been disappointed with how my baked goods turn out. You get what you pay for. I will most definitely buy these again.

Justbwhatnivwa Ted.
These were just what I have been using on my friendship muffins. But suddenly,?I couldn’t get them locally. I make 4 dozen muffins every 10 days. These have the paper inside and foil in the outside. They were packed in a heavy box and I got them the day after I ordered them

no muffin pan needed
I like baking muffins but washing the pans is a pain. I have a big family and the big pans don’t fit in the dishwasher. Even with liners they still need to be washed where the tops dome up. These two layer foil ones are great. I do feel wasteful about using them but it means more homemade food and less store bought with all it's packaging, everything is a trade off.Just set them on a sheet pan and use an ice cream scoop to fill. The muffins have more angled sides but nobody seems to mind. They seldom bubble over the edge of the cup.

Missing foil!
MIssing foil on lots of the liners. Therefore I am wasting money on this product when I can't use them.

Great cups and not too many after all
I've been buying these at the grocery store. Since I make hella healthy muffins which we go through like candy, I was going to the store all the time. I was sure I could get some cheaper on Amazon and was surprised that I'd have to order so many. Even shocked when the large box arrived. We eat 3-4 muffins a day and frequently give a batch to friends. I'm SO glad I got 24 packs! One reviewer warned to remove the foil wrapper before freezing the cupcakes/muffins. Since my muffins have non-fat Greek yogurt in them, I always freeze what we aren't going to eat in the next two days. I take them out of the freezer and put them in the refrigerator the night before I'll need them. The warning was that the foil comes off in little pieces. Well, that explains it Sometimes it comes off in a couple of large pieces - not a problem. The best part is the cupcake/muffin doesn't come off with it like the paper liners.I will definitely order these again!

Reynolds said this: "The paper separators are the same as our Pastels Baking Cups"
If the statement from Reynolds means to you the same as it does to me, this is a "buy the foil cups and we'll give you the same amount of pastel (white) cups for free" purchase. True, a muffin tin is needed when using the paper cups, but it's a non-issue if you bake with a muffin tin anyway. Personally I am not really sure the foil cups are sturdy enough by themselves to hold the batter in shape through the baking process, although I do not plan on testing it out. The foil cups give a better presentation, and the paper cups work just great.

Most Amazing Liners Ever!
Buy these! They are amazing! Nothing sticks to these liners so I don't have to fight to get my muffin or cupcake out of it. Especially if you bake gluten free. I will never use anything else.

No stick - double value
Was delighted to find this particular type of stick-free Reynolds Baking cups - I separate the foil from the liner and so it is very good value. Hard to source in Canada. As the quantity is more than I need, will be sharing some with others.Thank you, Amazon.
