Forno Bovino 33" Inch W. Refrigerator 19 cu. Ft. Frost Free Design Stainless Steel Touch Control French Doors.

Had the fridge for about a month, it works great so far. Very quite! I love the little freezer drawer, it is a great place to freeze bread or baked goods that you do not want to put with the rest of the items in the freezer bc it can get squashed...love it!It is a 19 Cu Ft. so it is not a huge fridge, my only complaint is I wish that the door shelves in the fridge would fit a full gallon container!

This refrigerator exceeded our expectations. The extra width and height more than makes up for the depth lost to being a counter depth unit. The 2 freezer drawers is really convenient. No need to dig thru a deep drawer to find what you are looking for. Ours came in excellent condition, no dings no scratches or flaws of any kind. We couldn’t be happier. Buy this with confidence!!

I have no idea how common this is, but even though there was no physical damage during shipment and the delivery went smoothly, the fridge just never got cold. Worked with their support, whose answer was basically to try turning it off and on again, though I don’t know what else you would do. Had some communication issues with support - The person gave me their direct contact information and told me to follow up with them in a couple days… I emailed and left voicemail, but finally got a response after messaging via Amazon again.All in all, we probably could have had them either replace or repair the fridge, but I decided to just ask for a refund. As promised, they scheduled a pickup and then fulfilled the refund almost immediately.I give this 3 stars because the product was no good (would be a 1, which couldn’t be helped), and though I wouldn’t quite say that the service was 5 stars (maybe 4?), a 3 on average for the whole experience is about right.

Arrived with a 1.5” thin scratch on the left upper door. But the FORNO design is efficient and attractive. Due to pandemic’s interruption of the supply chain, we kept it. We also were stuck because the FORNO was delivered to a family vacation home that we only had two days left before leaving. No one would be there to accept our placement. We find it’s design to be well thought through and extremely efficient.

It seems that Home Best Price has made an effort to get rid of their non-functioning Forno Bovinos by selling them as new. I had one delivered to me that was very well packaged in a huge box but it arrived with a dent on the front of the door. I ordered a new right front door and had it installed - no problem. Then I came to learn that the fridge was completely non-functional. One of their customer support persons had worked with me over the phone to try to re-set the temperature panel that was not working. Then she said they would send a repair man out to look at it, but even the repair man said there were too many problems with it. The cooling system was completely shut down and the freezer did not work at all. The repair man walked away from it and said they should just get me a new one. One of the customer service reps had been harassing me lately with numerous phone calls and email threats that if I did not send their refridgerator back to them they would make it difficult for me to get a refund. Unbelievable!

Its a great looking fridge BUT i expected it to be larger inside. The door shelves are too small I usually put my gallon of milk and cranberry juice there but can't. Look at pics. Milk and juice have to be layed down. Half gallon of milk scrapes the top of the shelf is a tight fit. I took out the bottom shelf to make items stand but then it leaves no room to store leftovers plus the shelf gets congested. There is No functionality to the shelves AT ALL. It should have more options. My old fridge was a kenmore and beats this, it had multi level shelving, pull out shelf, and big door shelves with way more depth and space. This Forno fridge is overpriced and not worth the money. Temperature guage is a good feature But its in Celsius. That stinks it doesnt convert to Fahrenheit. Overall this fridge is not worth it however the customer service is top tier. I dont recommend spending all this money for this type of fridge that has no functionality with its shelves.

Exactly what I wanted. No water and ice. Was delivered on time with no damage. The refrigerator is very nice looking and so far keeps perfect temperature.

Love this refrigerator. A litte expensive considering it has no icemaker,no water dispenser and all the other extras. Which is why I bought it. I didn't want those things in the frist place. IT Just made me feel like I was paying extra for things I didn't want or need. But it is a great refrigerator.
