OEM OIL AND WATER SEAL KIT
This kit includes seals and orings for oil and water side. The seals can be tricky to install since they are slightly larger than the opening they go into. I used a 15mm socket to gently tap the piston seals in place in the water block. The piston oil seals are even more tricky - but once you get the hang of it its not so bad - I put them in at slight angle and used screw driver to push in its sides while pressing down on the seal. Just be careful not to scratch the block with the screw driver.

Going strong
I purchased this kit over a year ago and everything still works great. After rebuild A+ pressure with no leaks. Used for a Honda engine/Generac pump which is a Briggs. Pump is 8 years old, filled with pump oil and has held up well. First year owned it was one with the bad bolts and seals and replaced under warranty. 7 years later this rebuild kit and works fine.

Could be more detailed instructions
I purchased this seal kit about a year ago but because everyone was borrowing my pressure washer all the time I couldn't attempt to replace them until now. Overall the kit came with everything I needed to prevent it from leaking between the head assembly and the body of the pump. At first look the instructions seemed pretty good with photo's included. My problem however began when the instructions said to put the seals into the head assembly. There was no mention in the instructions that these seals appear larger than the bored holes in the head assembly. As much as I tried, I could not get those seals into the head assembly. It occurred to me that if I had any chance at all of getting that large seal into the smaller hole I would need to heat the seals up. I happened to have a 200 watt halogen work light that I decided to use to heat up the seals. With much effort, I was finally able to cram the seal into the available hole. I saw where someone commented on not receiving the correct size seals and I must wonder if he also had this issue. I originally thought the seals were too large and I was sent the wrong size as well but after I was able to get them in, everything did fit together as it should when I reassembled the head assembly to the pump body. Another issue I had related to the seals that must be removed from the pump body. These seals are different than the ones that go into the head assembly. These were extremely difficult to extract. The seals have a metal base which isn't apparent when you look at the new seals. Since the old seals were deep into the pump body this metal base appeared to be part of the pump body for awhile. Eventually I realized I needed to penetrate this metal base with a sharp punch and hammer in order to be able to extract the seal. It would have been helpful to have directions note this. Eventually I was successful with the replacement of all the seals. There is a fiber washer that I removed from each of the three pistons before I could remove the piston O'ring and previously mentioned seal in the pump body. New fiber washers were included in the kit but it never mentioned replacing these upon assembly. Every other seal and O'ring was specifically called out to replace.

Do your research to see if this fits your pump. Sometimes pump my be cheaper
This kit worked great for me/ my machine. i probably only needed the cheaper kit with main piston seals, but I ordered this with o rings too. A 1999 excell 2100 with Briggs and Stratton motor. Did some research first to make sure this kit was right one. My power washer leaked water big time from bottom of pump. After opening pump case, you could see a couple seals worn out, took them out( some were a bitch) put kit ones in with some silicone grease, closed it up, crossed my fingers and it didn’t leak anymore. Not cheap, but cheaper than a new machine.

Sealed
This kit in complete. Recommend doing piston kit at same time. Need to make punches to seat thicker seals

Does not fix every problem
I have been repairing engines and machinery for over 40 years. Pressure washer had been snapping head bolts since I bought it new (Sears refused to cover it) making it lose pressure and leak badly. Usually new bolts and a couple new O-rings fixed it . Bought seal kit to hopefully fix it permanently. Directions were vague with steps missing. Pictures were hard to see. Head continued to leak and no pressure after installing kit. There was no trouble shooting section. Removed pump, disassembled and reassembled several times to see if I did something wrong or if it had cracked somewhere. Nothing. Finally gave up and bought a different style pump and adapted it to fit my washer. I'm out the money for the seal kit and the new pump only cost a little more. If your pump is just getting old and needs leaks fixed this might be what you need. If it has been trouble prone like mine, you might want a new pump.
