Q: will it do 4- 10 ft 2x4s?

It depends how you are wrapping them. You'll need to add up the surface area you intend to cover first. If you were wrapping them completely with uncovered ends, you'd add the sides (2"+2"+4"+4") to determine you have 12"x10' of surface area to cover. Since this is 12"x12' you would have enough to do one 10ft 2x4" with an extra 12"x10' of bunk padding left over. Hope this example helps. Let me know if you have further questions.

That's the way it's supposed to look. It's basically a marine carpet to wrap around the bunk boards. the carpet serves as a pad.

Q: It says it is easy to cut. Do the edges fray after being cut? Wanted to cut the roll along its length and didn't want it to fray.

Super easy to cut. We did it and it didn't fray. We just re did our whole trailer and it turned out great.
