Functions as described.
Our first Keurig, so not possible to compare to previous models. Also, just used it a few times, but it is very easy to set up and use. Makes coffee we like.

Love the colour, love the style....the coffee is hotter than brewing with a tassimo. 👍🏻

Simple and pretty device makes great coffee!
I just received my Keurig in the color "oasis". I'm absolutely enamored with it! This device has a pretty small footprint and comes in visually appealing colors. The negative reviews had me regretting my purchase before it even arrived. I did purchase this item while this color was on sale and I feel like it was a very fair price! Here are some specs:Initial preheat time (from off): 1 minute 58 secondsReheat time between cups: 30 secondsBrew time for 8oz cup: 50 secondsNo 8oz cups before refill needed: 4One of the reviews complained that the maximum and minimum lines were so close together. However, the minimum line has a picture of a carafe next to it which tells me that this is the minimum line if you're trying to fill up an entire carafe. The brewer does in fact make four full 8 oz servings of coffee before it request more water, assuming you started at the max line. I have included a photo of where the water fell to before requiring more water. At that level the tank is relatively narrow so it makes sense to need refilling here. This is perfect for a casual coffee drinker like myself who may have one cup of coffee a few times a week. I find it reasonable that if you are generally making cups larger than a standard 8 oz or like to have multiple cups in a single sitting that you would buy a larger model Keurig. They have 4 additional models with larger tanks if that's your priority. This one is reasonably priced for what it does.I tried both coffee and hot chocolate and on the 8oz setting (not using the strong option) both came out hot and flavorful.I will confirm that it does not have an auto off feature. Leave it on if you'd like the water to stay conveniently heated for you or press the power button on the touch screen. I don't see this as much of a burden since I have to go to the machine and pick up my cup of coffee anyway.

Exactly as advertised
The product was obviously new, had never been set up and used before. Came with a bonus container of descaling solution, which is awesome! Very happy with this purchase!

Ignore the bad reviews!
I waited a few months to review this, after a week of reading reviews before I’d even spring for it. This replaced my old Keurig that started to make angry noises at me and wouldn’t brew. Anyway, I’m not sure what all the negative reviews on this thing are all about. I like it a lot. I did hit a couple of speed bumps in it, at the beginning, because I DID NOT READ THE DIRECTIONS. You should read the directions! I tried to fill it with bottled water thinking I was being all fancy and caring for my machine, but as it turns out, that’s no good. The machine was telling me that it was empty. Complicated explanation aside, bottled water does not contain the molecules that the machine senses in order to determine whether or not the water reservoir is full. This was resolved by filling the tank with water from my Brita pitcher. This is better, in my opinion, because I don’t even need to lift the tank out of the machine to fill. I read some reviews about the acrylic of the tank being flimsy, and my response to that is that any plastic will break if you smash it hard enough. Next, reviews complained about certain k cups not working. I wrote this review only after using an off-brand cappuccino k cup from Aldi, and the machine didn’t even hesitate. The only thing that really stumped me in the beginning was the power button. I couldn’t figure it out for the life of me. I thought they sent me a busted one. Turns out- Reading the directions would reveal that you need to hold it down to turn the machine off. Good stuff. All in all, don’t let the negative reviews sway you away. It’s a good looking appliance and serves its purpose.
