Generally good quality. If off is considered a speed, then yes it's a 4-speed fan. Otherwise, it's a three-speed fan. Nice a quiet on low and does move quite a bit of air.

The fan was brought as a gift for my co-worker, to keep on her office desk to keep her cool when it starts to get warm in the office. My co-worker loves the fan, it’s quiet so it’s perfect for the office. I don’t have a picture due to it was a gift.

Well designed, very powerful, quiet. The fan draws 1.48 amps on its highest setting so a qood quality power supply is essential.

Its a fan it gets the job done nice battery life, not made to keep you warm so not sure why it asked about warmth. Nice!!
