Night lights have become a very competitive field, apparently. I actually did more research than I ever thought I'd need to before ordering these and I very, very nearly went with a competitor instead. I'm so glad I didn't.Pros:- VERY bright. I mean these aren't a table lamp or primary light source, but no matter how dark it is these provide good illumination for your rooms or hallways out several feet.- Attractive design. These have a modern look to them that just kind of works well. They're not the eyesores that night lights I grew up with had.- They ramp up in brightness (fairly quickly over the course of a few seconds) to full, rather than going 100% off to 100% on. It's a nice effect that lets your eyes adjust to the light, rather than an abrupt flash.Cons:- No ability to adjust brightness. Like I said, they're VERY bright. I currently have one in the hallway about 7 feet from my bedroom and it generates a downright distracting amount of light while I'm trying to sleep. I'll probably end up relocating that one. I really do wish you could restrict the maximum brightness, like with a little mechanical switch.Things to Note:- These are VERY bright. As my con says, you don't want one too close to somewhere you're trying to make dark.- These are a white light. Pure LED white. I know some people really dislike LED White lights (likely due to growing up on bulbs that could never, ever hope to do that color). If you're one of them, you probably want to find a product with a more yellowish light.

I bought several different types of LED night lights to find what I liked best. My main interest was to find a light that would not turn on unless the light level was very low; many of them will stay lit at noon on a cloudy day. They don't use much power, but it still bugs me to have them announcing their presence when I don't need them. These were the best in that regard. The dot in the center is the photocell, which faces forward, whereas many lights have a photocell facing up or down; down means they get their light from a bounce off the floor; up means they may be blocked by a plug or something else above them. In any case, these get a direct shot at the room lighting and don't turn on until the room light level is dark enough that the night light actually has an effect. Also, it first turns on at low level, then gets brighter as the room gets darker.I subtracted a star simply because the light is bluish. I prefer "softer" yellowish light, although I must say that in a night light the bluish light does not have the usual harsh effect, and actually looks somewhat elegant.Finally, these lights are in the mid-range as far as how big an area they light up. Just right for me, but this depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Some night lights are intended just to identify their location; some are intended to let you navigate a whole room. Mine are intended to guide you down a hallway or let you reach a light switch without tripping on something.

Having purchased these lights in 2017 I thought I would share they are still going strong! I looked at them the other day and thought, “these little guys have stood the test of time”. Each one of them is still working and provides just the right amount of light when getting up in the middle of the night.

Good to have a few at all times. Great night lights for an incredible price... they last forever, until you leave them behind at hotels.

Still going strong. Slightly dimmer because they are 6 years old now. Bright enough to keep using but compared to new ones I purchased for backup, they are just a tad dimmer than the new one. Still after 6 years, coming up to 7. They are still bright enough to keep using.

I don't think it is made for Indian market. It is flimsy and the cover over the LED fell apart very easily.

Got just 1 piece instead of the set of 6 as mentioned here..Requested a return.
