St Ives Mineral Clay Firming Mask-6 Oz/170 ml size

This is super expensive here on amazon BUT when you can't find it ANYWHERE else. And it's something you've searched for since the 90s you fork out the cash. Is it expensive? Yes, yes it is. Is it worth it? Absolutely! I remember since I was a small kid my mom having this in the blue container in the shower, as a curious kid I'd open the lid and stick my fingers in there and swish the product around. I hated the smell as a kid but love it now. I then seen mom one day come out from her daily bath with the towel wrapped in her hair and her face all blue and she would set in her rocking chair clip out the weekend coupons and I'd watch this mask turn dry and tight. I knew it was time for her to go in the bathroom and rinse it off her face. I remember the nostalgia when the aroma would linger throughout the house. Then I got a bit older and I started using it and I instantly fell in love with the tingling sensation and tightness of my face when it dried. Then one day, the container was gone, never to be seen again. It would remain that way for the next 17 years.. until mom brought up how st Ives had all these new products yet no one still found the blue clay mask nor the cucumber & melon or the original Swiss vanilla body wash and the shampoos. Then just as a curiosity I clicked in st Ives in the search box and about 5/6 products down BAM! There it was! Mine and moms beloved blue clay mask didn't die after all. I was however a bit skeptical when the product was no longer offered in the plastic blue container, but in the squeeze tube. And I had a huge doubt that the formula for sure must have changed as most companies do with they're best selling products. I could never understand why. Then the price struck me right in the heart.. after my mini heart attack and hyperventilation was over I came to my senses and decided to give it a go. Overjoyed from finding this rare charm and at the same time scared of being bummed out if it wasn't the same formula. I thought if this isn't what I expect I will return it. So in 2 days it came in the mail and I opened the cap for a wiff and my gosh I was transported back to my childhood. The consistency was the same. The feel was the same too. Just like I remembered. I hope Amazon keeps this product around for a long time or even forever!! It's such a shame this can't be found in the drug stores. It truly is such a great product. Thank you St Ives for at least having this still around thank you Amazon for being the only supplier. As long as this product is around you will forever have a faithful buyer. I can't wait to give this to mom!

There are just way too many masks out there these days, and different masks do different things. I have used the St Ives clay mask since I was a teenager, and suddenly, it was no longer available in stores. When I looked it up on Amazon, I saw that it was now in a tube, so I was concerned that the formula was different, but it doesn’t appear to be. This is my personal all time favorite clay mask. If you put on a thin coat and allow it to fully dry, you can actually see the little dots and impurities being lifted from your pores to be rinsed away. You can sort of feel it tingling and working too. It doesn’t get my skin hot and irritated like some clay masks do. I prefer to do it before I shower, so I can be certain that I have rinsed away all of the mask around my hairline. I am brand-loyal to this clay mask. It’s kind of pricey, but you get a good bit in the tube and I only use it once a week, so it lasts for a while. Definitely a product I always have on hand.

I just love St. Ives, and when I found out about this clay mask, I had to buy it. It did not disappoint. I have oily skin and I need a clay mask to keep my oil under control, and this one does. I use this twice a week, and it just makes my skin feel so good afterwards. It's great if you have a pimple. I just dab a little on the zit, and in a couple of days, the zit dried up very quickly, and the zit I had was the ones that are under the skin, and those are worst for me, but I just applied the mask on it, and it was gone!!. I just love this mask, and I will continue to use this product.

At one time I was able to get this product at my local CVS store, then no longer have it in stock.I was thrill when I saw St. Ives mineral clay mask on Amazon site. This is a wonderful cleaning mask works beautifully, and price is reasonable.I would recommend this product to all the ladie and gentlemen out there, give a try. You will throw out all your expensive products. St. Ives have wonderful facial products and at a affordable price.

It’s challenging to find St. Ives products. Nice mask, but too costly...

Great value for the money. I can tell it's working as lines are getting softer. Leaves the skin feeling refreshed and soft.A few breakouts when I first started it, but that's typical with any new skin product. I LOVE ST. IVES Products. I will buy again!

Pro: The product smelled and felt great on my skin. Easy to put on and remove. My skin didn’t dry out and felt smoother.Con: It wasn’t thick, it was on the more watery side. Almost like a ketchup consistency.
