BestAir Relion Humidifier Filter WF813, 2 Pack

They came super fast, and the shipping was free. That's about the only good I can say about it. The filters do not look like the picture or the old filter that came with my humidifier, a Reli-On. There is like a metal center line. like it's one skinny silver strip all the way around the center of the filter. I was puzzled, and I figured out it's not removable. Seems like this is a "universal filter", as there were pictures of other humidifiers on the box, but no picture of my specific brand or model. It also mentioned several humidifiers that it was designed to fit, mine was not mentioned. Even though it says specifically Reli-On WF813 in the description on Amazon. Anyway, besides the metal stripe, it looked almost identical, and it fit in the space for the filter so I threw it in the humidifier anyway. IT STANK. IT SMELLED LIKE BURNING GLUE. WITHIN MINUTES. I had to turn it off. And I'm horribly congested, which is why I needed my humidifier. I can't imagine how bad it smelled to my husband. No bueno.

My optimism plunged when I received these filters because they are incredibly flimsy when wet and slightly too big, so they have to be crammed into the humidifier, but I only had this filter in for 2 weeks and I've already had to replace it because it was falling apart and discolored. That's an absolute sham- even at my laziest, my filters last me at least 4 weeks, usually 6.

This is not the filter you are looking for. I, like many others, were completely misled but the vendor (Complete Filtration Services) and I am writing this review in the hopes of saving others some grief. The size is completely different from the one my humidifier came with in both length and width. The construction looks about the same but the original was much thicker (ie. more layers). The biggest problem with them is that when they do get wet they shrink to about 1/4" thick. I tried looking for some better information about the filters on ReliOn's website but I couldn't find anything. I am going to try and make them work but I have a feeling that I will run into the same problems others that ordered from here did. Plan on going through these reviews next time to see where I might be able to find the right ones.

My humidifier recommended this as the replacement filter, so I bought a whole bunch of them. I don't think they're going to last as long as the original one did. I changed the water once (about 4-6 days in the summer, 3-4 in winter) and the filter already wants to come apart. It'll probably last the 30 days, and you get 2 in the set, so that's fine.I've noticed the replacement filter is growing a bit of mold, but a bit of bleach took care of that. I guess that just means I need to change the water more often in the summer, even before it completely drains from the humidifier.Good price, decent replacement, though I'm a little disappointed that the dimensions aren't exactly right for my humidifier, even though this is one of the recommended replacements for it.

We've bought these before because we use the same humidifier quite often. However, this time around, they are the wrong size! Notice how the image is a square, but the actual item we received in the mail is more rectangular. We look at our Relion humidifier and took the WF813 directly from the unit. We punched that into Amazon, and this same filter (from before) popped up with our Relion's model listed. However, the filter received is too long and too narrow - I had to cram it into the filter spot. It looks like they just cut the filter from a larger piece, but they cut the wrong size.

I believe the picture has changed since I ordered. Several commenters noted a metal sheet inside the filters, but the ones I received did not include that feature. I was originally searching for a PCWF813 filter to go with the ProCare humidifier I bought, but these were supposed to be equivalent (ProCare and Relion humidifiers seem to have the same maker). However, I was highly disappointed when I received my order to find that the filters are very low quality. I do not recommend this product. Go get a PCWF813 filter instead.

we have purchased these on 3 different occasions when we ran out of the filters that came with the humidifier. we now need to purchase a new humidifier but not bcuz the filters were not doing their job they work excellently but the humidifier itself needs replaced bcuz its getting too hard to clean out all the slimy buildup from the water & some black mold is starting to form that we cannot get all the way clean anymore even w/bleach & vinegar cuz some of it is stuck in the crevices. hopefully we can get a new one that takes these same filters so we can keep purchasing them easily from amazon.com at a decent price. they are definitely good filters & a good value.

Cheaper than at walmart, shipping was super fast. The company that shipped these were great to work with. I recieved the first box and it was smashed and torn but the filters were fine. I emailed the company just to let them know to ship these in a box instead of a bag for other customers since the post office had damaged the box, the company appreciated my suggestion and sent another order to me for free, which was not necessary buy very nice of them. I will continue to order from amazon and that company.
