Slendertone Abs Belt Replacement Gel Pads, Triple Value Pack

These replacement pads are wafer thin! They are from Slendertone and they do work, but there has been a huge drop in quality. These are less than half the thickness they used to be, they are so thin that simply removing the plastic cover from them has left some bare patches already - so these are not going to last long. This is of course means that customers will need to purchase replacement pads a lot more frequently which is not good for the customer but is good for the company, and herein probably lies the reason for the change - why else would a company make their product purposely inferior? New customers wont be any the wiser of course but to older, loyal customers it will be obvious. What may seem like a good business strategy may well backfire as customers might as well purchase the non-branded replacement pads at a fraction of the price if the quality of the branded ones isn't any better. And it will also open the door for another company to spot a niche in the market for good quality toning belts with good quality replacement pads that last. My advice would be if you see anyone selling the original replacement pads then snap them up! I wouldn't want to buy these again so unless they revert back to the original standard I will probably look at the market for an alternative company once these wear out - which i doubt will be very long.

I've had a Slendertone Abs belt for a few years now and use it pretty regularly.Whilst I'm sure these pads are original products from Slendertone, I noticed that the plastic peel off backing is a little thinner than previous pack that I've had and that also the pads are losing their stickiness quite quickly.There may be a good reason for this, and I wouldn't be inclined to try any of the third party pads for fear of getting zapped, but if I have to replace these too quickly, I'll be quite disappointed.Not great for the money.... But are there any better alternatives? Could be better (they used to be), 3 stars. :(

I’m very disappointed in these. When I bought my belt(only a couple of weeks ago) the pads still had gel on them after a number of weeks of use. The gel has worn off these already after only a couple of uses. They are nothing like the ones on the belt originally so I would not recommend buying them here, i will go to Slendertone directly in future. I had even set up a subscription to repeat order these but have even cancelled that.

These are supposedly the same as the ones which comw with the belt but I have found them to be lower quality, the edges are already fraying after only a few uses.

Usless, just finishing my third pack and I won't be buying any more. Straight out the packet they won't really stick to the belt and your body. Slendertone also made them thinner which means you need to change them more often.

Its not thick, no adhesion as the slendertone belt kept coming up with error message. The gel on the pads sticks to your hands and skin in this tiny bits quite irritating and difficult to get off. The annoying thing now is I wasted money to get this product which is utterly useless. I have thrown my previous pads away now I can't use the belt unless I buy another one which to be honest I am now skeptical of buying!. So annoying.

Official makers product and they work as expected for the slendertone belt. Box includes 3 sets of 3 gel pads (9 pads in total). I find the 3 pack is good to have for spares in case the one in use suddenly wears out. Its good value for the price. They will last ages if you keep the sticky pads and their covers clean - free of dust and dirt etc. Still using the first set in the pack of 3, after about 35 uses.

Already lost their stickiness. Had them just over a week, using once daily and taking care covering the pads properly after use.Much much thinner than original pads that came with belt.Very disappointing
