Like many people who ordered these, I have these tiny bumps under my eyes for more than a decade. Luckily, they don't increase in size or amount, but they were annoying enough that I decided to try this product before thinking about expensive dermatologist treatments.I started using the scrub and spot treatment every night, no more than once daily. The scrub pads were nice in that I was able to cut them into fourths and only needed one small square every night for both eyes, thus saving product. The scrub left my skin a bit raw, and the spot treatment stung very badly the first few times. Luckily, the stinging became much less after the first few times and I knew people said that the skin would be red and dry during the treatment period, so I was prepared.Unfortunately, after a week of use, I noticed no real improvement under my eyes. Small scabs were forming over the bumps, but when they went away, the bump was still there. No "coming to the surface and falling off" like the other reviews mention.Then after doing some more research and seeing some more pictures, I realized that the bumps under my eyes were in fact syringomas, and not milia. The difference is that syringomas are actually tiny benign tumors of sweat glands, and do not contain a "seed" that can be extracted. Their bumps are more clustered and are often an irregular blob shape instead of a neat circle. Milia on the other hand are able to be extracted, and appear as neat circular pearly bumps. These types of bumps have a hard "seed" that can be extracted professionally or by using a product like this to bring them to the surface and have them fall off. Unfortunately, syringomas will not benefit from a product like this, and can only be addressed with professional treatments.On the other hand, I have been using the pads as all-over face exfoliation pads since I didn't want to waste them and judging from the ingredients and my experience, they do offer an incredible deep exfoliation. I've been using them twice a week and they leave my face incredibly smooth, soft, and glowing.This product most likely does work for those with actual milia. Just wanted to give a heads up to do your research before ordering.

I had the nasty bumps on my face and tried using skin tag removers. Had a derm appt to pay out of pocket to get them removed and stumbled on this product.It definitely burnt my skin, but pain is beauty- baby! Scrubbed for a couple of weeks twice a week and my ugly bump is GONNNNE!Canceled my derm appt & saved myself a ton of money I'm sure!

First, I NEVER write reviews but i had to with this. I had a TON of milia. I've been to dermatologists and have gotten facials. Everyone has pretty much said, you have too many, nothing we can do. This product took most of them away within week! I only have a few left, that I am confident will go away soon too. Buy this now!!!

I was skeptical about this product, but it really worked! I started noticing these white things on my face (milias) 2 years ago. I just thought they were stubborn white heads, until I got one in underneath my eyebrow.I took a needle and tried to pop it…. and it got bigger. I tried to ignore it but it was uncomfortable to have.I bought the products. Applied the roll on stick 3-4x a day and used exfoliating pad in the morning.18 days after buying the product I looked in the mirror this morning and the milia on my eye was gone!!!

I am yet to see the result but looks good and hopefully works good after months of using it. I shared it with my sister so both of us will see the result.

I have got this before and it was a 10 out of 10 product so I recently got it again and now it is different have not used it yet but im upset and concerned why was the product changed and not what it as advertised such as last time I received this item? ... If it worsens or does not work I will be extremely upset at my purchase. I will be updating. Just please if you change the product advertise that.

I bought this a month ago to use on HUGE Mila by my eye. Used 1-2x a day, but skipped some days. I took others advise and cut the large pads into smaller pieces. Didn't feel like anything was happening. The last week I thought something was changing and made sure to use as directed 2x a day. This morning the Mika fell off.

Was very sceptical but thought I’d try this product as the last time I went to a “skin specialist” for milia removal 25 years ago, I was left with permanent scarring. Only tiny dents but still there to this day. I’ve used this scrub and topical treatment twice and the few facial milia I have appear to have diminished in size. If this continues to happen I may not have to seek extraction by a professional which would have been my next step.
