Punch! Home & Landscape Design Premium v18 for Windows PC

I've designed and built houses for 15 years. I purchased the Punch software because the program I'd been using was no longer available and Windows no longer supported the older versions.This is probably the most exasperating piece of drawing software I've ever used. It is NOT user friendly. Nothing about it is intuitive.When you first open Punch, you're presented with set up options for your plan. Don't bother using it, because once you move on to drawing the floorplan, the settings no longer apply.The cabinet and plumbing tools are complete jokes. Clicking and dragging plumbing and cabinet symbols to their place is like pushing Jello uphill: It's ridiculous.The dimension tools are hopeless - both the automatic and the manual. Automatic exterior dimensions show corners, windows and doors, but no intersecting walls. You have to go in and do those dimensions manually.Cross-sectioning can only be done from the front elevation perspective. You can't generate a cross-section from right or left.Generating elevations requires multiple attempts, and it seems like you're having to fool the program into showing them.Whoever wrote this design program was apparently trying to write an anger management tutorial and got it horribly wrong. I highly recommend this software if you suffer from extremely low blood pressure.
