Need at least 2 men to unload truck, but all parts/supplies included. Easy step by step instructions. Great shed/coop in my opinion, for up to 8 standard size chickens or up to 12 bantams. Nice window, venting- very well constructed. Pleasing to the eye- adds beauty to your yard.Great deal!

My chicken love it too. They lays eggs since the next day after I finished to fix it!!!!Very good for 5 chicken allowed in my city backyard. Others didn't accommodate more than 1 -2 regular chicken
