5'3" 140lbs, petite small fits me perfectly!
I love these scrub pants! I am 5'3" 140 lbs, I wear pants size 6-8. I bought a petite small and it fits me perfectly! I like a loose fit, but it is not at all baggy! I need space to put stuff in the side pockets so this is great! The pants are stretchy and has a thick band that is comfortable around the waist. So when you have to bend over to empty out those Foley bags, nothing on your other end will show. It also shrinks a smidge after washing and drying. The pockets are nice and big. It fits the essentials that I need to work on a medical unit. Overall I am happy with my purchase!

Ordered down a size
Ordered a size Small Long, I am 5'10 165 and these fit nicely. I like my scrubs to be a little more fitted, not tight, but not baggy. I like the length of these and they seem to wear and wash well. Reordered another pair in a different color.Good price, nice quality. Great Buy!

OHH LA LA
I'm 180ish pounds and 5'5. The L petite fits me perfectly. If anything, it's a little loose around my thighs and waist without looking baggy, but I prefer my scrub pants to be less snug because I'm in the kneel position a lot. The drawstring and elastic waist make a tailored and comfy fit. The material is super soft and I'm excited to not experience chafing in these pants. and...pockets pockets pockets! I'm excited to get these in more colors!

Comfortable! They run slightly large.
Measurements (inches): 40-30-40Regular Size: US Women's 8-10 (8's usually fit me perfectly - 10's are usually looser). I purchased a size medium (10-12 according to chart).Height: 5'7" Weight: 158 lbsI really like these scrubs. I took a chance and ordered them, even with no other customer image reviews, and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a medium (I usually order small in scrubs), and they do fit like my other medium scrubs. They are a bit baggy but I’m not sure if I will try ordering them in a small yet as I’d hate for them to be too tight on my thighs; plus, let’s be honest, when I clean up bodily fluids the good majority of my day the last thing I care about is looking cute. They are comfortable and not overpriced ($22 when I bought them). The color is actually pretty accurate as well and it’s very pretty, my photo doesn’t do it justice.TAKE YOUR BODY MEASUREMENTS when comparing to the size chart. I've labeled where I take my measurements. It’s a huge pet peeve of mine when reviewers just share their weight (which isn't very relevant) and include no measurements! Two people the same height & weight can look vastly different. I went with a size medium, which according to the size chart is equivalent to size's 10-12. My waist and hip measurement's fit within the size chart's 10-12 waist and hip measurements. I played it safe and went with this size but I do think a small would fit just fine on me. I definitely have extra room when worn at my waist but luckily they have a tie. Overall though, I am happy with my purchase and will be ordering more of these.

Nice pants, slightly shorter in length.
The waist, hip and thighs fit as expected. The length is an inch shorter than I would have preferred. The color is very vibrant and the material very durable. For washing woolite or a viable substitute will be needed to protect from fading over time.

Try them on when you receive them to verify fit/length
I ordered my first pair of these pants and love them -- they're comfortable, move easily, and the drawstring/elastic waist combo is really convenient for easy on/off but also tightening if my pockets are getting weighed down. Happy with my purchase, I decided to order another pair BUT the second pair was a different size despite being the same product number (see photos). The quality was the same but the hem length was markedly different. Maybe they were incorrectly packaged as a regular vs petite? I will be returning them. My advice is to try them on when you get them for quality control, even if you've had the product before, especially if you order multiple pairs!

My new favorite scrub pants!
These are soooo comfortable! I got a size L and the material is so nice... I have dogs so it’s hard for me to wear black without the hair showing up but this material doesn’t let the dog hair stick to it. I love the tapered bottoms! I’m 5’3 1/2 and I got the “regualr” fit and with shoes they fit PERFECT! I’ll order more of these for sure!

Elegantly nondescript & functional
A little on the large side and surprisingly built for storks (just checked and saw the default inseam for an XS is 31", so there ya go - average is 30" or 29", I think?), but just 2 cuffs away from good to go. Now that I've got them here in person, I'm not wild about the elastic waist without beltloops. It feels a little institutional, like something an inmate, nurse or my 80 year old great grandma would wear in her flower bed. But then I realized that's just a cultural hangup; these would be pretty stylish in a library or garden in Okinawa. After 2 days, I've already grown keen on them. The construction seems very solid, at first glance, and they appear pleasantly repellant of cat hair.As working pants, they would be nearly perfect. Loose but not droopy or completely shapeless. Unlike many similar elastic-waist baggy pants, they don't scream, "Wow, she must really hate her body!" because they don't scream anything. They're perfectly laconic, at zen, like a heron poised, watching, ready to silently catch a fish. Almost invisible. If you want attention or to fully embrace your luscious feminine vitality, these won't help. On the other hand, if you want to clock out of being a woman and clock into androgynous elegance, these are a like a cloak of lowkey tasteful invisibility. Or if you just don't want to think about pants—and don't have anyone who wants to think about them for you—get these, don't worry. It's not a mistake. It's not a fashion crisis. It's a permanently deferred fashion decision, as long as you wear these, you can avoid committing to any attention-grabbing aesthetic at all, and vanish in plain sight. A wearable black hole to step into and out of at your leisure, thoroughly intact. And that's fine. In many instances, like work - when you may want to be a 'person', not a 'woman' - these will keep people looking at your eyes or somewhere else in the room where more things are happening. And while that happens, you will be comfortable, in fluid motion, quietly getting things done.
