Dr. Fuji FJ-4900 Cyber-Relax The Rejuvenating Massage Chair, Gray Color

I bought this fj-4900 and after only 2 years of minimal use the chair doesnt work. Keeps blinking error 4. I called dr.fuji and basically your screwed. Your on your own and i have no idea how to fix it. Its just a heavy ass chair now collecting dust. For such an expensive chair and being made in japan i expected a bit more customer service and reliability on the chair. Just note you buy this and after the laughable 1 year warranty, your on you own if you have any issues.Look elsewhere if your in the market for a massage chair.

Great massage chair! This is my second chair that I own after I owned other cheaper product and I am very please with it. This one gives most deep, natural massages like you will get from real professionals. Most of time, people will fall a sleep during session because it is so relaxing... Unlike most of other massage chair that looks bulky and strange looking, this one is well designed and looks good like a nice piece of regular furniture and also very comfortable to sit in when it is not in used. I highly recommended.

Do not buy anything from Dr Fuji because when it stops working it is worthless and the company doesn't give a darn. We owned two chairs and the vibrating green plate. the chair was great while it worked but is useless garbage now.

This is a beast of a chair! All my guests always want to use it and fall asleep. And don't get me started on those foot rollers
